As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

It has two decks in the front which provide a lovely view of the surrounding area along with a private deck in the back of the house. The interior has beautiful bamboo flooring in the bedroom and living room.
The house sits on a preservation lot off a quiet road off Memorial hwy with easy access to major highways such as I-4, I 275 and the Veterans Parkway. Furthermore it only 10 minutes away from Tampa International Airport. The house is within walking distance of Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts Supermarket and local Pubs/sportsbars. And only a 10 minutes drive from the house is Westshore Mall, International mall and Cirtus Park Mall. As far as things to do in the area goes, there is more than enough to keep one entertained.
There are gorgeous beaches, such as, Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beach. Additionally, the very popular Busch Gardens theme park is under 15 minutes away. Lastly, the Rocky Creek golf course, known to be one of the nicest in the area, can be reached in less than a 10 minute drive. There are many popular restaurants nearby, such as Chili’s, Carrabbas, the Outback, Longhorn, Flamestone, Beachwood, Cheesecake Factory and many, many more.

Great property

This is a great location and a wonderful house. Everything we needed for cooking was readily available. We played pool one night, which was great. There was ample room for a group of adults to have privacy snd stikl share common soaces.

Treehouse visit

Met with my son and his family for a long overdue visit and this was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each others company. It was nice and clean and check in was quick and simple. We received a text the morning of check in letting us know we could check-in 3 hours earlier than expected. The downstairs area was amazing and just as described. We all enjoyed playing pool and all the games. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The only downside was it was closer to a busy road than what I expected which was fine but we had a four year old. The TV is streaming only, no local channels...that was my fault. That wasn't high on my priorities list. All in all I would highly recommend this property especially if you are looking for a nice place to relax and visit with family.

Spacious, and relaxing

We were last minute from Louisville, Kentucky. Wanted to take our sons on Spring break to the beach. Not far from so many beaches. We went to a different one everyday. Store is close to get whatever we needed. I appreciate the wonderful hospitality of having everything on the kitchen at our finger tips! We will recommend this to all we know. Very comfortable stay

I was in Florida for three weeks mostly working but did have a few friends join me and we had a great time. The house is as pictured and had everything you need for a great stay. The pool table was an added bonus. The beds are good and there plenty of room for a much larger group than we had. I hope to stay here again.

Moms 85th birthday

Since we live up north & our family is in Tampa area we rented the tree house, so everyone could meet here It was much better than celebrating at a restaurant. Thanks for sharing

Tree House Stay

We had a great time staying at the Tree House! The house was very clean and accommodated exactly what we were looking for. When needed anything, Javier was prompt to answering any questions and taking care of any issues that came up. They went out of their way to drop off some toys for my daughter to play with, which was above and beyond. Thanks for our stay and we will be back !

Excellent Vacation Home

Javier and Dianne were absolutely amazing to work with! They really made our family feel welcome into their home. We made it a little early and they accommodated us by letting us at least unpack our bags while we went to the grocery store! They made sure to check in and see if we needed anything while we were there and took care of any needs right away! In all, it was a great vacation and I would recommend their home to anyone!

Very clean and spacious house

We really enjoyed our vacation in that beautiful place. The house was very clean so I didn't worry for my baby crawling around. It was fun for the other children too. There was a lots of games for them to play so we could sit down at the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee. Definitely recommend it!

House offered various activities for enjoyment--pool table, corn hole, fooz ball, darts, hammocks, nice yard (including lizards which the boys loved catching/releasing), board games, & cable TV. It was very clean. Would rent again and recommend highly.

Lots to do here

The house is nice lots of fun things to do hammocks pool table and bbq and baby soccer etc...beds are too soft for me and there is noise from the street even late at night. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was everything it promised and more. Perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, safe, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed greeting the sun on the front porches then having our meals on the back overlooking the yard. Hope to visit again soon.

This property feels spacious and well stocked for comfort.

We spent 2 weeks there with family visiting for the holidays due to a serious illness. It was close by to a treatment center which made our time together easier. The rooms are large enough to work well for 5 adults. It was clean and pretty. We enjoyed the setting on the creek from the balconies and wished we'd had time to use the pool table and other games. We appreciate Javier's kindness in attending to our special requests.

Live in Florida in Land O Lakes for over 20 years now. Married now with 5 kids. Love the tropical weather here. From Boston and a little New Yorker in me too, but too cold up there but miss the city life. It's very peaceful and quiet here.

Location, Location, Location, Close to everything, airport , supermarket, coffee shops,restaurant and highways and the house is a vacation in itself. The location is perfect with great surroundings and an awesome view. You may never want to leave the house! You can relax on the front deck or on the hammock with a cold drink or a glass of wine and just enjoy the tropical breeze.

What makes this property unique

The home very unique by just sitting in the front deck on the swing or hammock or out back sipping coffee or wine, or inside enjoying the home and art piece or just downstairs playing a game of pool, cornhole or enjoying nature.
