Location, Location,Location

The apartment was perfectly located just off Magazine Street. Easy walk to Coffee shops and restaurants. Cute apartment on a quiet street with a nice porch for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The reason we didn’t rate it a 5 was the Transom windows above the interior doors and slight gaps under the doors which allowed light and sound into the apartment from other areas of the house. We also found the bed a bit too soft for our taste. We definitely enjoyed our stay But if we are back in the area we would probably try a different VRBO next time

Everything You Need in a GREAT Location

As frequent visitors to New Orleans, we try to stay in different neighborhoods to get a feel for unique areas of the city. The location of this property was amazing (one block from Magazine St. at Louisiana Ave) and we walked almost everywhere (to a tune of 10 miles per day!). There are lots of restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops nearby. The space had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nicely tiled shower, and kitchenette for storing leftovers. Check in and out was a simple process. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others!

Great stay in New Orleans!

Exactly as described, beautiful older building, impeccably restored, and in great shape. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, Tulane university or downtown. Great host communication, we would definitely stay here again. If you're coming for Mardi Gras the main parade route is only a few blocks away – just make sure your Uber driver knows to avoid the box- and if they don't know what that is find another driver!

Lovely little nook in the garden district!

This is a sweet and beautifully decorated small studio on a beautiful corner so close to Magazine and all it has to offer. It’s the perfect size for 1 or 2. Amenities were great and we loved sitting on the lovely porch in the morning with coffee. Gino was so kind and super accommodating and fast with our request for an iron. Bed was very comfy and having the kitchenette and small fridge was a plus! We loved our little Nola oasis :)

GREAT STAY!

I was attending a conference in the CBD and wanted to stay off site and see what this neighborhood was like and use public transportation to commute. The property was perfect. Super clean, had everything I needed for a 5 night stay and Gino was great. The neighborhood was safe and I was able to use either the magazine street bus or the st Charles streetcar. There was a grocery store around the corner and tons of restaurants. Overall could not have asked for a better experience.

Best location!

We were in town for graduation ceremonies at Tulane. Our location was convenient to all activities; transportation and Uber cars were easy to arrange. The Garden District was perfect for us, quiet and out of the way of downtown with plenty of good restaurants within a few blocks walking. Great place to stay in New Orleans.
