Beautiful modern home with lots of charm-..VERY CLEAN!!!!...and everithing you need...Flat smart TV, (cable premium channels)internet..washer and dryer, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful town of Lavallette and the beach. 4 spacious bedrooms(queen size bed all) and 2 all spanish tile bathrooms very clean and comfortable .....with a front and back porch and a large beautiful blue stone patio with a direct gas grill for entertaining. Kitchen with natural stone floor stainless steel appliances and granite counter top, central air. Plenty of off street parking and a cozy atmosphere to share with family and friends.

Guest should provide their own linings (towels and sheets ) and toilet treats.
We have dual coffee maker, for regular and K-cup coffee., toaster, blender, dishwasher.

We are pet friendly, but there is a charge of $ 75.00 dollars per/ pet for total stay, we allowed 2 pets. Weight up to 35 pounds , no puppies!!!

Beautiful beach house

The house was very comfortable as were the beds. I really dont have any complaints. Seems that they got it right. Everything you could need was available. Clean pretty perfectly stocked. Owners were available for any needs.

AMAZING SHORE HOME

I read the previous reviews & about people who have stayed here. I was eager to book my one week stay. Being a residential realtor and a certified Property Manager, I was excited to see this rental in person. Upon arrival, the owners met us and gave us a nice tour of the home( the owners are very sweet!). This house has everything! It is super clean! The kitchen has everything you could need from frying pans, a blender- great coffee maker , and great variety of glasses, including wine glasses. All the appliances were fairly new! You can tell there is pride of ownership in this home. I love the layout how there’s two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The wraparound deck was terrific because one day at the beach it was too windy to sit out, so we enjoyed, the wraparound deck. And the outdoor shower is great! There’s plenty of parking on the street and a quick couple of minutes walk to the beach. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach! The living room is very spacious and incredibly comfortable! Not to mention the big flat screen tv. Best central AC- The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to restaurants, the boutiques, and my favorite ice cream place called salty’s. I look forward to visiting here again!

Great family house

My family and I enjoyed our week at Lavellette. The house was perfect, 5 adults 2 children and 1 dog and we had plenty of space. Lots of parking. Great location. Absolutely would stay again.

Great house in a great location

Our family finally got together for thanksgiving. To accommodate visitors from New York, we rented this wonderful property with decks and patio in easy walking distance to shops, eateries, and the beach. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and all of us enjoyed the holiday. An overall 5 star experience.

Perfect Beach Escape

GREAT house, GREAT location and so much fun!

This is a great place to stay! The house is immaculate and the appliances are clean too! The house is about a block and a half from the beach and an EASY walk. The beach is huge and gorgeous. The house has QUEEN size beds (we are tall people!), brand spanking clean (look NEW) bathrooms, and an outside shower that is enclosed and has room for a change of clothes, towels and anything else you might need. There is plenty of NICE outdoor funiture and a lovely patio. You can walk to a hardware store, pizza, restaurants and ice cream. It is a great place to have fun and build family memories!

Perfect shore rental!!

House was very spacious. Location was perfect one block and half to a beautiful beach, very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to shopping, mini golf, or restaurants nearby. Pizzeria on the corner was great!! Owners were wonderful to communicate with always responded quickly. House was very clean, had everything you need. Kitchen was fully stocked. 2 zoned AC worked perfectly and plenty hot water. Ice maker and filtered water with fridge. All the beds were very comfortable. Our family of 5+our small dog Enjoyed this rental and will return soon

Beautiful home, great location and wonderful hosts

We greatly enjoyed our family vacation, staying at Felix and Elsa’s property. They greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the spacious house. We were a short walk to the beach. The house is fully furnished including an outdoor grill and a large area for outdoor entertainment. 4 bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space. We highly recommend this home and would gladly come again. (Final note: we inadvertently left a few items in the clothes dryer - they were kindly mailed to us at no charge !) Thanks Felix and Elsa !

Great place, felt like home

Immediately blown away by the place, very clean and roomy. The owners did a great job making you feel at home, they were also very welcoming and professional. The location was great, with a great pizzeria a very short walk from the house and the beach being down the street. Any other location was within walking distance or a brief drive. Neighborhood was nice with lots of friendly people. I would recommend this to everyone looking to stay at an amazing place while making memories with friends and loved ones.

great time at jersey shore in comfort

The houses look brand new. The only thing you need is bedding. The beds are very comfortable in a quiet area. only a couple minute walk to the water. Has lots of extras. I would happily rent it again.

Great place to stay!

Fist of all the house is bigger than what the pictures look like, i was surprised at how much room was in the house. It is very clean and well furnished. down the road about 3-4 houses down is a really good Italian restaurant (be sure to stop there very good food). Just down the road from that is the beach. The neighbors were very nice as well. The owners of the property were very nice and and helpful. super cool people right there. Everything you need is already in the house. For the internet there is a high speed modem with high speed wifi. Full cable tv. Doesn't matter if you are looking to get away for the weekend, spend some time with the family, a get together with some friends, this is the perfect place for this to be done. There is honestly not a bad thing I can say about this place.

Very nice, great experience

The place does look smaller in the pictures, dont let that fool you. The place is very sizable, has everything you need already there, very clean. There is a pizza place almost 3-4 houses down and it is very good. The beach is in walking distance, there is a grocery store down the road. The owners are really cool and relaxed and helped us with anything we needed. The neighbors live there all year round and were really cool and friendly. This is a place that I will be for sure be going back to next year! It doesnt matter if you just want a weekend get away, a cool place to hang with some friends, a family trip, or whatever, this house is perfect for it.

Clean and Comfortable rental

Owner was a pleasure to work with. Pride in ownership is clear, house was very clean and updated with nice finishes. Bigger than it appears in pictures. Great location, close to beach and walking distance to bay and many restaurants. Back cottage is lovely also and would be great if you have a big family and can rent both. Outdoor space is large with nice table and natural gas grill which we loved! Looking forward to renting again!
