About this property

Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo! Spacious, Cozy, Convenient. Great for Couples and Families

Brian Head Resort is an amazing ski area with activities for the entire family including skiing, snowboarding, tubing, sledding, fishing, hiking, ATVing, and many more outdoor activities. Brian Head has a total of 8 lifts, and nearly 60 ski trails.

Our condo is very homey and spacious with 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a loft with 2 queen size beds, and three full bathrooms. We've tried to include every amenity to make it feel just like home. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV included and the loft has a Wii system for the kids to play. It is a family and kid-friendly condo, but is also very suitable for individuals and couples. This unit is located on the third floor of the condominium unit. Dumb waiters are available in each building to assist with luggage and supplies, however, elevators are not available.

Great Experience
Everything was seamless from booking through check-in to the stay and the checkout process. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. This is a great property that is super convenient with everything you need. We will book the exact same property next year if we can.

Fantastic
First visit to Brianhead. Wonderful family vacay! Kim was fantastic with communication. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially loved the underground parking after a 15” snow.

We Keep Coming Back!
We have stayed here for multiple years now, and it gets better each time. The location is perfect for our family and is near the slopes. This year, we noticed new appliances and an ideal refresh to the condo. The host is super responsive and so kind. We made more family memories and can't wait to return!

Title says it. The listing details are accurate. Plenty of coat hooks to hang gear, clothing, etc. Tidy with just enough decor for coziness without feeling cramped and hoarded. Great communication with property manager.

Great set up
We stayed Jan 2025 and the condo was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen supplies, blankets, pillows, etc. We especially liked the upstairs bathroom for the kids to have their own shower. The location is awesome - very easy to ski back to. The only thing to point out is there is a 4 story walk up from the garage.

Perfect Mountain Retreat - Cozy, Convenient and Family-Friendly!
Our family of six had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this beautiful condo in Brian Head! From the moment we walked in, it felt like the perfect blend of homey comfort and a great mountain getaway. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the slopes. The three bathrooms were particularly nice getting ready in the morning and showering after a day of skiing. The garage parking was also a much appreciated convenience! It snowed the night we arrived and we appreciated the snow plows out early making it easy to exit the garage to get to the slopes early. The location was great! Being just a short distance to the Navajo ski lift meant we could maximize our time on the slopes without the hassle of a long trek or drive. The condo is right next to the Giant Steps ski lift but it was early in the season and not all the lifts were open at Giant Steps so we stuck to Navajo. The host was also fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay seamless and stress-free. We sincerely appreciated her attention to detail and warm communication.We’re already talking about our next trip to Brian Head, and there’s no doubt we’ll stay here again. If you’re looking for a cozy, convenient, and family-friendly retreat, this condo is the one to book. Highly recommend!

Great ski in/out condo!
Such a great, well-equipped, clean condo. Located on the top floor of Giant Steps so it includes a loft with 2 extra queen beds which the lower floors don’t have. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

Our group had a fun time. We liked the covered parking and the space in the condo. Our bed was very comfortable. The third floor walk up helped me to get all my steps in for the day 😁. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was roomy for the 6 of us. You could easily accommodate 2 more. Condo was well appointed in kitchen and bathrooms. We love the ski-in ski-out feature and easy access to the shuttle to the Navajo lift.

Warm and Cozy! We Loved it!
We come to Brianhead annually and loved out stay this year. The home was warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax and have a wonderful time with our family. We hope to be back next year!

Great unit
This condo is well taken care of and well stocked. Perfectly clean and the owner is super responsive. You can truly ski in and ski out with about 40 yards of walking to giant steps. The condo complex is older. The dumb waiter wasn’t working which was a bummer. Calling Stuhff up and down those stairs at that altitude was rough.

Great Condo!
Spacious, well-kept, quite, and clean condo with all the amenities you need (plus some)! The condo is located within minutes of Giant Steps Lodge (you can actually walk) and Navajo Lodge. The condo has underground parking. Access to the condo is via stairs to the 3rd floor. The luggage elevator was not working in Building 2 where the condo is locates. The condo has access to 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers ($1 to wash, $1 dry). The condo is great, but would be nice if they Giant Steps Condo Complex would upgrade their common area.

Ski in/out and cozy condo
Perfect condo for two separate moms with teens. Teens were able to ski in / out while us moms hung out in the condo - made a fire, had drinks and watched Netflix. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the 3 boys were in the loft with their own bathroom. Well appointed condo and complex had a nice game room and hot tub.
