Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Kokopelli's has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.
