Great location - easy access to West Jefferson and Boone areas, excellent views from the property! Hosts were a pleasure to deal with, house was clean and well provisioned.
The Next Chapter was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The owner was very responsive and the cabin was very comfortable with amazing views and great sunsets.
Quiet, peaceful and beautiful! We spent our Christmas here and loved it! Feeding the deer was such a special touch to the cabin! We loved seeing the twins every morning!
This was our second trip to the Boone area but wanted to stay a little north this time. This property in Fleetwood was delightful! Cozy, comfortable, lots of deer, quiet and the view was enchanting! Our stay ended up being a bit stressful for other reasons-our car broke down- but coming"home" to this cabin helped us unwind. And so many lovely people were so friendly and helpful!
Our family visits the Boone area an annual basis and has rented numerous places throughout the years. This cabin and its amenities, beautiful view and deer are a true one of a kind! We quickly fell in love with The Next Chapter and are looking forward to booking again soon!
A perfect place to unplug and soak in the peace and quiet of the mountains - we didn’t want to leave! The house is immaculate - you feel as if you’re staying over at a friend’s house. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!
We booked this property to have a few days as a family before we moved our son back in to Lees McCrae. It was such a relaxing stay. The house was perfect and the hosts were wonderful! We would definitely stay again. The views, wildlife and tranquilness of this property was perfect. It had everything we needed and I wish we could have stayed longer.
Brought the family here to unplug for the weekend and that’s exactly what we did. The house was cozy and clean, the views were gorgeous, and the area is lovely. The host is very responsive should you need anything. I highly recommend this house.
Such a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay an extra night. We enjoyed just relaxing, feeding and watching the deer, and appreciating the amazing views. The property has everything you could need during your stay, and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, it was just what we needed!

Why they chose this property
Andrea and I are thrilled to host in Fleetwood Falls, a serene and family-oriented community nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. What we love most about this neighborhood is its perfect balance of tranquility and connection. It's a place where families can unwind, enjoy plenty of privacy, and still feel the warmth of a friendly community.
The scene here is breathtaking—winding roads lined with trees, the gentle sound of the nearby creek, and stunning mountain views that shift with the seasons. Fleetwood Falls offers access to a private lake for fishing or kayaking, and peaceful trails for hiking or strolling. We especially enjoy evenings by the water or mornings sipping coffee on the porch, soaking in the crisp mountain air.

What makes this property unique
What makes our property truly unique is the breathtaking scenery and the experiences it offers. Nestled in the heart of Fleetwood Falls, the Next Chapter Cabin provides stunning views of rolling mountains, vibrant sunrises, and serene, foggy mornings that feel like a dream. Whether it's sitting on the deck enjoying the mist over the valley or gazing at the stars on a crisp evening, every moment here feels magical.
We love feeding the deer that occasionally visit, taking leisurely walks on the quiet trails, and spending time fishing at the lake or the nearby New River. The charm of Fleetwood Falls lies in its peacefulness and the ability to connect with nature while still enjoying the comforts of home. It's a place to unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories, and we’re thrilled to share this special haven with our guests.
