Our home accommodates up to 12 guests & is perfect for a multi family trip with the split layout of a 3 bedroom/2 bath home & 1 bedroom/1 bath carriage home! Indulge in relaxation on the many patios, a dip in the private pool (heated seasonally with a fee) in our gated backyard, or a ride on a six passenger golf cart we offer exceptional rates on!
The Space:
---LIVING SPACES---
Begin at the quiet one road neighborhood entrance, and pull into our private driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles & with its waiting 6-passenger golf cart (ask about renting this amazing amenity!) Beautiful trees shading the home invite you up the stairs to the front porch to kick up your feet, reminiscent of southern coastal living!
The entry leads you directly into our cozy living area with cozy couch (that doubles as a sleeper sofa), occasional chairs, a natural gas fireplace and a smart TV with standard cable, perfect for movie nights and rainy days.
Right past the living room, with an open concept feel is a beautiful traditional dining table that can seat 8, breakfast bar seating for 2.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a double oven, gas stovetop, under counter ice maker (perfect for cocktails or filling your beach cooler), microwave, small appliances (crockpot, blender, etc), cookware, dishes, and a coffee makers that appeal to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs!
---BEDROOMS AND BATHS---
Right past the kitchen you'll find the two ground floor bedrooms.
The first bedroom to the left is perfect for all the kids! It can sleep up to 5 with a queen over queen bunk bed, and a twin trundle under the bunk bed. Closet & dresser space is available in this room.
The second bedroom is a Queen room, complete with a TV, dresser & closet space & a private exit to the backyard.
These two bedrooms have easy access to the full shower bathroom across the hall.
Head up the staircase to the grande master suite. You'll find a spacious king bedroom with its own reading nook, a smart TV, a massive walk in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk in shower, separate tub, and his & hers sinks. Enjoy an added perk of a private screened balcony with a table & chairs, a large swing, then an additional outdoor patio with sun loungers.
The Carriage House behind the main house appeals to the guests in the group that crave a little bit of separate space. You'll pass the pool area,
around the corner and up one flight of stairs (a separate entry right off the driveway) is the upstairs studio which has a Queen murphy bed, a full shower bathroom, a small sleeper sofa sitting area with smart TV and an entire full kitchen! It also has its own deck that's perfect for grandma and grandpa, or the newlyweds in the family!
---OUTDOORS---
The shaded front porch extends around the front of the house - the perfect place for relaxing with a crisp cool drink after a day at the beach in the multiple sitting areas spread out here. Perhaps superseded only by the upper deck with the faint occasional salty breeze! For those seeking solitude in the group, our third floor private upper deck is perfect for looking out to the sunset over the small glimpse of the ocean with a glass of wine!
The backyard inspires relaxation with a fully fenced in yard, a large pool and deck, dining and seating areas, & a propane grill(propane provided for your stay). Ask about adding pool heating for a great price for trips in our chillier months!
There’s an outdoor shower located right off the pool deck on the side of the home for added convenience!
--BEACH ACCESS--
This cozy home is about 1/2 block from gated beach access that you're provided a code for your stay to access! Please keep in mind that due to HOA rules canopies & tents are NOT permitted to be used in this beach area. We do supply beach towels for guest use. Any other beach items may be left at the home by another guest, but we do not stock or guarantee any items.
--TINY TRAVELERS--
We provide a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate the children in your group. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing.
---AROUND TOWN---
You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, in the desirable quaint neighborhood of Kokomo Cove. Find yourself directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes drive East - with more shopping, restaurants and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking - or golf cart - distance! We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area.
Note: During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road in either direction!

We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and beach items other than our provided beach towels that you can't live without.
Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 10am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.
Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are NOT permitted at any time. We do not make exceptions, and you will not be permitted access to the home.
Parties and events are not permitted.
We are pet friendly with a one time $325 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time.
We always recommend inquiring about a golf cart rental as we get a premium discount for our guests - varying by season. Golf Cart rental & Pool heating are not included in your booking so ask about these amenities when booking for pricing! We do offer specials occasionally!
With a long driveway, there is plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles.
