Guest Access:
You will enter the home through the main entry door. This home features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one to two days before your check-in date. Guest will have private access to all first floor, second floor, basement and outdoor amenities. This code will be active during your entire stay.
Visitors are welcome to make use of the driveway, offering parking space for up to four vehicles. Kindly request approval for any additional vehicles. For local mobility, guests have the option to conveniently access Utah's surroundings through local taxi services or popular ride-sharing platforms like Uber and Lyft.
The Neighborhood:
Discover Hobbs Creek in a secluded neighborhood just off N Highway 89, boasting stunning mountain views and a peaceful escape from the city. Conveniently close to charming local towns and a quick 10-minute drive to the Valley View Golf Course, it's an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are weekdays, 10:00PM - 8:00AM, and weekends, 11:00PM - 8:00AM.
No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
