Come and be a part of the unveiling of the “new” Carolina Surf, one of the premier oceanfront top floor condos in all of Carolina Beach, with it's incredible location in the heart of Carolina Beach and just a few minutes’ walk to the Boardwalk.

"Carolina Surf" (unit #403) is on the most desirable top floor, offering panoramic views of the beach and ocean from both the covered balcony as well as the private rooftop deck. The unit boasts three bedrooms and two and a half baths, a full kitchen with open concept to the spacious dining and living areas. The primary suite has a King bed, sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, en suite bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and is conveniently located beside the hall full bath with tub shower. The third bedroom has a Full bed and on suite half bath. Extras include an in-unit washer/dryer, 60” 4K TV in the living room. and high-speed internet access. Carolina Surf is a premiere ocean-front condominium located in the heart of Carolina Beach, North Carolina. After four years and a multi-million-dollar renovation, Carolina Surf now offers brand new, luxury accommodations in a virtually new building inside and out! Each condo features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with breathtaking views of the Atlantic. New for the summer of 2022, the pool IS OPEN for your enjoyment featuring a complete renovation.

The town of Carolina Beach is conveniently located within a 20-minute drive of the City of Wilmington, which has significant shopping, dining, nightlife, points of interest, and historical significance. It is also within a five-to-ten-minute drive of the Fort Fisher Historical Site, the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and the Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

We were very pleased with the condo. They did such a great job decorating and was so happy with the cleanliness.. my family had thanksgiving there and it had everything I needed to cook a meal. The balcony was amazing for morning coffee with a view. We can’t wait to go back.

This is a perfect rental right on the beach at Carolina Beach. Property is near the boardwalk and just a few steps to reach the beach. Very easy access. The place was clean, fully equipped and a perfect location. Thank you!

Conveniently located to several amenities, cool roof top deck.

Pluses - Good spot if you are looking for a place to stay near hustle/bustle of this area. Nice space in unit. Needs improvement- only one set of kitchen towels which seems odd to me for a 3 br . Only one pool/beach fob so you literally have to call someone in your party to let you thru the gate in and out of the beach. A downside bcs not everyone goes to beach at the same time. Also, you have to get a physical key from a real estate office instead of a code which is a bit dated.

I enjoyed the large windows to look at the ocean and being walking distance to so many restaurants. The folks at Bryant were awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in an absolutely perfect, secure location. The beach is gorgeous. Condo is well decorated over all. I’ll agree with other reviews in that having blankets over the couch (which wasn’t the most comfy) and chair in living room is a bit... odd, but at the same time honestly that seems cleanlier. Overall, the rest of the furniture was actually impressive to me as far as a rental property goes. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very very well equipped. Parking is easy. Some things that would’ve been nice would be to know more specifically about some amenities: there were two hairdryers, a hair straightener, and a clothes steamer. No laundry detergent is provided, however one pod for the dishwasher was (they have you do all dishes and put them aways before departing). There was hand dishsoap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 TP for each bathroom and well as hand soap (no other toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Beach towels are available to rent (at this time, $7 per towel for the week) upon making the reservation. No beach chairs are provided. That being said, there are numerous companies that rent chairs/umbrellas either a day at a time or the whole week for a discount... and they set them up and take them down every day for you. Honestly, I liked that more than dealing with doing it ourselves. We would 100% consider renting this unit again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Relaxing and Peaceful

Condo was just like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s in perfect area very quiet. We were able to walk to restaurants and boardwalk. There was a art festival that we were able to walk to with a lot of unique local artist. Few Cons was parking for only 1 vehicle and if you have a big truck there were only few parking places you could maneuver in. Pool was still closed and under construction but we knew this before renting. If you have more than 1 car there is public parking lot across street for $20 day. I would stay here again especially once pool is open.

The apartment was immaculate.Be prepared to make your own beds and remove all the linens as well at the end of your stay. Not a big deal, it was just surprising.Also, bring your own supplies - paper products, cleaning supplies, shampoo/soap.
