This home features a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new decor with beautiful cabana coastal-style themed designs. You won't even want to leave. The main level has brand new shiplap, and custom built-ins to tie in the nautical lighting and boho vibes. Downstairs is the main living space with a pull-out queen bed and a half bath with laundry.
Upstairs you'll find 2 comfortable bedrooms. The first to the left as you walk up the stairs has a beautiful bunk room that features two custom double bunks with 2 full/double beds and 2 twin beds and a renovated en-suite with a stand-up shower. The master bedroom holds 1 King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower that has been fully renovated with a spacious walk-in shower and beautiful finishes.
The public beach access is right across the street on 30a!

~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. This home resides in a small community with long-term 30A residents and is very much a family-friendly area! All loud noises will be reported.
~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.
~ If, in the unfortunate event, an event or party is held without the host's permission and disrupts neighbors, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges. The owner of this property loves their home and arranged it this way for a reason and for your enjoyment!
~ NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the property. If this is suspected, guests will answer to the authorities and the guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
