This townhome is a part of a duplex. You have your private townhome as well as a private backyard.
PARKING
*You can park in the driveway which comfortably fits 1 small vehicle or 1 large vehicle(SUV).
CRYPTO MINING
We don't allow any crypto mining or similar activities at our home.
ANIMALS
In order to maintain an allergy free unit for our Airbnb guests, we can only accept Verified Service Animals (submit certification papers please).
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. A $450 fee will be charged if you smoke anywhere on the property.
No THC/herb/tobacco preparation indoors or outdoors.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:30PM - 7AM every day of the week and year.
EVENTS
No parties, events, or gatherings of more than 8 people are allowed at the home at any time, unless approved in advance with the host.
PESTS
Our backyard is surrounded by large trees that create incredible atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. Proximity to the trees can bring bugs, mosquitoes, and other lovely creatures.
To ensure that there are no unwanted visitors in the townhome;
Keep the indoor front doors closed, and the sliding screen window shut.

We have 3 video surveillance actively recording devices on the front of the house and 2 devices on the side of the house facing the driveway and the gate. All cameras are on the exterior of the property. We also actively monitor decibel levels inside the home using smart home device. The device is located on the ceiling between the kitchen and the hallway. It doesn't record audio or video.
We have 2 storage closets in the house that are owner access only. One is located in the bathroom and another one is located in the hallway.
Furnishings and amenities will be as described whenever possible. If an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. Items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
If there is an emergency, the owner reserves the right to enter the property or assign another person to enter the property on his/her behalf.
When leaving the property please ensure that all the exterior doors, windows and backyard gate are locked.
Please limit the usage of washer to two loads per day. We want to make sure not to hurt the septic system. Also, when doing laundry please only use plant based detergent that is already provided as to not harm bacterial action in the septic.
LIABILITY
The owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of anything arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.
