It is close to restaurants shopping and easy to get to most major roadways. It is newly renovated with attention to detail. The upper master bedroom has its own door to the shared bath as well as a walk in closet and a washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms on each level as well as a kitchen, main room, and laundry. Only 10 minutes to UNC and downtown Greeley. 3 minutes to Aims Community College.
