Set amongst beautiful gardens, sounds of the surf and noises of nature you will have your own personal resort style pool area with cabana dining and bar area, not to mention plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Only a short walk to the beautiful surf beaches of Rye and within a 10 minute drive to some of the wonders of the Mornington Peninsula.
Very spacious 4 bedroom home, 2 queen beds, 1 double and 1 king single. Beautiful open lounge and dining room filled with natural light and window views of the surrounding gardens. Numerous outdoor areas to enjoy whether it's by the pool in the sun or sitting in the shady gardens reading a book. Outdoor dining with a BBQ area by the kitchen servery or by the pool under the cabana, poolside bar with fridge too. This home has everything for the perfect family summer holiday.

Family holiday

Mel was amazing with her communication and responses are prompt, family home was great had everything you need.. Pool was a bonus kids loved every minute of it even when the weather wasn’t so great kids are still able to use the pool. Thanks for sharing your home we will be back
