Lovely property

My girlfriend and I spent a 3 day weekend here and loved it. The kitchen and shower were especially lovely. Jarrod, was very courteous and extremely responsive. We do plan to come again.

A great spot!

This was used as spill over space for a lot of company coming in to town to visit. It was close to our home and a great spot for our son and daughter in law.

New Year’s Getaway

A very spacious place with a fully functioning kitchen. The entire space was very clean and stayed pretty well heated throughout the trip even though the heating/AC was only in one room. Super clean and really quiet - at most you could hear footsteps upstairs, but no voices or other noise. The hot springs-esque shower was a huge surprise and a great treat after a long day of walking and exploring the area.

We loved the place's amenities,cozyness,combining high quality modern appliances and rustic style furniture.Jarrod also had permanent communication to us to assist us in our stay but also letting us enjoy our privacy while celebrating our wedding anniversary.we really had a lovely stay and We definetly plan to come back soon!

Peace & Quite

Over all my wife and I had a wonderful stay. There were just a few minor things that would have allowed me to give it 5 stars. 1. On the driving directions, there is no turn directly onto San Miguel Rd. off of HWY 41 you have to turn off on Old Morro Rd. then onto San Miguel. 2. There was no broom to be found for when we cleaned up just prior to our departure. 3. There was no information about how to connect to the WiFi, that was be bit of and issue seeing as how cell service is VERY limited in the area. Once again, these were minor issues. We had a great time and recommend this VRBO!

Property is well stocked, full kitchen with so much amenities, Keurig, Coffee maker, etc... Very comfortable bedding, clean and inviting. The shower is amazing soul doll shower heads. Only two issues that may be of concern. Network in bedroom is almost non existant with Wifi or Cell. Work around is move towards living/kitchen area. Second is the stairway has railroad ties, which offer character although very steep. Caution for elderly or kids. Other than that very peaceful, comfortable stay. I would definitely book again!

Sweet, stylish, and secluded

I would move into this place if I could! We loved the design, furniture, lighting and layout. The front room is spacious and open and the bedroom is cozy and cave-like. The bed and linens were so comfy we slept longer and later than we do at home. We even considered ordering takeout and staying in bed to watch movies just to take advantage of the space. The bathroom is well-lit with great mirrors for getting ready. The shower is luxurious with its dual showerheads. There is a little noise transfer from the upstairs unit but nothing intolerable. Be sure to read the directions for getting in the gate carefully. We kept on substituting the door code for the gate code. There’s a little dog that greeted us on our way down the driveway that we were initially nervous about but he’s a total love bug and made himself available for pets and scratches before heading back to his home in the upstairs unit. I wouldn’t suggest this place for anyone with any walking limitations as the stairs down to the unit are rugged and quite steep, kinda of like those you would find while hiking. But it’s not a long climb so getting bags to and from the car isn’t a chore. The location is more convenient and accessible than it might seem. We were visiting family in Atascadero and Morro Bay and it was a pretty short drive to both. All in all we were very happy and wished we could have stayed longer.
