This property is very cozy, with a very large kitchen and deck off the kitchen anyone would enjoy, that has a firepit. You can’t go wrong with the best of both worlds modern house, with the trees off the deck that give you a whole different world.

Great weekend with our family attending Buffalo Bills game. Host made sure our weekend went smoothly and helped with any questions we had. Place was nice and clean and had everything we needed.
It was amazing and super clean except we were looking forward to the HOT TUB and to our surprise there wasn’t any! But it was super clean and very modern and cute
The property had a ho.ey feeling. We really enjoyed the stay

the property is a SCAM,there are “nice” pictures listed but it’s falling apart inside. there are several fire and safety hazards. first off the ceiling started leaking on the first floor whenever someone took a shower upstairs. we contacted the owner and he sent a plumber over who was highly unprofessional. he took one look at it and went to his car to get tools and just started ripping the ceiling out while we were in the house and over our belongings without giving us a headsup to move the bags. then he stated the leak was caused from a faulty seal on the bathroom floor. the plumber told the owner and instead of rectifying it, the owner offered another property to relocate to but he wanted us to pay cash to stay there on top of charging us for this house. then when we declined and asked for him to just fix this issue he blamed us for having the plumber rip his ceiling off and asked how will we pay for those “damages” when we didn't even know the plumber was going to do that. aside from the leak door frames were broken and hanging off, electrical outlets were loose right next to the sink in the bathroom. the hand railing was loose and there was no hot water. after the plumber finished up what he was doing, he didnt even clean. we had to broom and mop the floor ourselves. the owner also started harassing us to leave as soon as possible without a refund. He expected us to leave saturday night instead of our sunday morning checkout. i have pictures and text messages to prove it

The inside of the property was very nice. It was modern and updated. The listing tells nothing about the exterior of the home or the neighborhood. The home needs much improvement on the exterior including the beat up door with no window and the stone steps were breaking off. The neighborhood was not very nice. I did not feel safe or comfortable. I did not receive instructions on how to check in and had to contact the owner twice before receiving instructions. After this he was very helpful and responsive and took care of minor problems promptly,
The place was perfect and Travis was incredibly helpful. The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. The place was perfect and everything was very clean and accommodating for all of our stay.
Great stay, modern feel, host is very accommodating
We came back to visit our old hometown of Buffalo for Thanksgiving long weekend. Wanted a spacious place that could comfortably accommodate us all (3 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) that wasn't a hotel.
"Don’t judge a book by its cover" applies - front exterior is undeveloped but likely an ongong project. The pictures of the interior are very accurate - the interior is newly renovated and well decorated, has almost like a boutique hotel feel. Furniture in the living room is very nice, modern and all new. Huge 85-inch Samsung smart TV in the living area. There are plenty of end tables that have built-in USB ports and electric outlets; very convenient for charging.
Ceiling lighting is very innovative, w/ dual modes (bright daylight level & a dimmer soft-orange ambient light); the dim lighting was especially helpful at nighttime to illuminate hallway. Kitchen is well stocked (coffee K-cups, snacks, water bottles). Everything is brand new. Staircase to the second level is narrow, so for adults with mobility problems it would be best to stay in the 1st level bedroom. Would be nice to have control of the heat, but owner is very responsive to requests by us to adjust the temperature.
On the 2nd floor there is a very cool "book nook" right off bedroom 2 - great for young kids to hang out in, read, play games, etc.
Bathrooms are modern, have cool mirror lighting. There are plenty of benches to put luggage on or sit down.
Nice skylights in the 2nd floor bedrooms.
Had a great stay.
