Spacious, comfortable bungalow in Old Northeast neighborhood, one of St Petersburg’s best. Easy walk to Bayfront and Central Avenue, with many restaurants, theaters, museum's and entertainment. Twenty minute drive to Ft. DeSoto Park, one of Floridas best Gulf Beaches. Hosts are highly responsive and accessible. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return.
Everything was as pictured. New bathroom and kitchen with all the amenities. Spacious! Comfortable living room, dining room, front porch and bedrooms. Spotless throughout. Perfectly located for us: a short walk to the bay to the east, a short walk south to down town restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the St. Pete pier and the Saturday morning farmers’ market, and lots of craft breweries. Just a hop to I-275 and Tampa or Clearwater. But the best part of all was our hosts. We spent January and February of 2023 and 2024 at Taryn and Hugh’s properties and are booked for 2025.
We have owned this beautiful historic home for almost 20 years and adore the rich detail of the built in cabinets, beams in the ceiling and original (though updated) lighting fixtures.
Why they chose this property
