The room is also air conditioned with Split Hot and Cold (altogether 4 Splities in the fit).

Security - access to apartments by password changed for each guest, security cameras and remote monitoring in all common environments.
A Garage space - For additional spaces please check availability - I do not charge for additional spaces and we provide whenever possible - as there is no extra charge, even if requested, each vehicle should occupy only one space - your space.

COMMENTS.
- High Season: Check in from 17h to 24h - Check out: From 5h to 10h in the morning
- Low Season: Flexible hours between 7h and 20h, also to be previously agreed;
- Daily Rate: May be revised according to Reservations Board, noting that the site gives an estimate - holidays, parties and local events, weekends change the values.
Number of People: Up to 6 adults + 1 or 2 children under 12 years.
I charge the consumption of water, energy and gas exactly according to public prices:
Energy - Celesc Meter C3090818 - R $ 1.02 / kwh
Gas - R $ 15,00 per m3 - sealed meter located in the Hall of the apartment
Water + 80% Sewage - R $ 12 per m3 consumed.
The value is posted in a spreadsheet made and checked on entry and exit, with photographic records of the meters sent to your Whats app on entry and then on exit - the calculation is accurate. In this apartment the average with standard deviation in the last year was between R $ 2.50 and R $ 4.00 per person per day, making each family aware of how much they want to save or enjoy an abundant bath, whirlpool, 4 Splities, etc.
