727 Seahorse Road is a lovely two-story home that will be perfect for your vacation. As a second-row beach home, this house is just a short walk to the ocean allowing you to soak up the rays during the hot summer days. This five-bedroom, four-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. It is centrally located near Island Bites, The Beach Club, the Olympic pool, the tennis and pickleball courts, and The Sandbar. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers stunning porch views of the beach.

The main floor has 2 master bedrooms with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and hallway access to a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a slider that opens up and allows for plenty of natural light. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen and a twin while the kids' bedroom has 1 full and 3 twins.

Front and back deck are newly renovated, completely redone in April of 2024. New deck furniture was added along with a new walkway and outdoor shower!
Features include Vizio smart TVs with high-speed wireless internet. This property is streaming only. Fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals, icemaker in the fridge and full appliances including washer and dryer. The dining room seamlessly opens up to the living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows allowing you to take in the view. This property is a well-loved beach home and has been hosting families for many years.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more
