About this property
4 season fun & spectacular views, right out the front door.
Hike, fish, tube, canoe, ski, sled right out the front door. 10 acres of Shenandoah country fun on the river. Love beer, wine & spirits? Visit any one of the dozens of breweries, vineyards and distilleries within minutes' drive, come back to this cozy retreat and enjoy the views while sipping your favorite potable. Stock up on local meats, cheeses and veggies at one of the many local markets and farm stores and prepare yourself a meal in the recently added kitchen. If you're chilly, warm up by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Our favorites; coffee on the porch, watching the sunrise over Signal Knob; hearing the river as we lay in bed; stargazing around a crackling fire. Come make your own favorite memory on our 10 acres on the Shenandoah!

About the host
Hosted by Robert Murphy

Hi, we bought this property once we laid eyes on its frontage on the Shenandoah. We love that we can enjoy the property year round; fishing; canoeing; tubing; sledding; and enjoying views, quiet and fresh air all year 'round. We brought in some Amish folks to put up the barn, and then remodeled it all in 2023 with a kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and deck. It's perfect for a family of 4-5. If you want to bring some more folks along, we can add the fully equipped RV for a few dollars more. Come enjoy the north fork of the Shenandoah river in all of its glory.
Why they chose this property
Friendly neighbors who live and let live. They'll be happy to help if you ask, but will respect your privacy. Spectacular views year round. Have never seen so many fireflies in one place in all my life!
What makes this property unique
10 minutes off I-81 or I-66. 150 feet of frontage on the Shenandoah, and right next to one of the handful of canoe put-ins on the river. Vineyards, Breweries and Distilleries within minutes, Bryce and Massanutten resorts within 30 minutes.
