The Palm is a three-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome located in the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community. Completely and professionally decorated with an elevated beach aesthetic, this luxury home is full of curated art, shiplap walls, acrylic/gold kitchen hardware and light fixtures, satin brass fixtures in the wallpapered bathrooms, and vintage Turkish rugs.
The thoughtfully designed Palmilla community amenities include access to a private, groomed beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food service - a game changer! Guest Services can even set up beach chairs and umbrellas, reserve a poolside cabana, or rent a golf cart for you. There are two community pools: both heated during winter, one is right across the street and the other features the only swim-up bar on the island! The newly redesigned nine-hole golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, winding through the community, and is suitable for players of all levels. Hungry? Sip coffee on the front porch of the two covered balconies, all facing Sunset Boulevard. Catch a movie in any room - all are equipped with 4K smart TVs. Cook a great meal in the professionally organized kitchen featuring quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and a French-door refrigerator. Eat with friends and family at the bar with four stools or the beautiful marble table seating six.
Sleeping 12, the five bedrooms are stylishly designed, accompanied by four distinctive bathrooms. The primary suite offers beautiful king bedding, a burled wood dresser, a large 4K TV, and a gorgeous en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a large TV, and layered rugs, and shares an eye-catching bathroom with the shared, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The third king bedroom on the top floor has beautiful storage, a large TV, and a shared flamingo wallpapered bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a one-of-a-kind basket mural, an en suite palm leaf wallpapered bathroom, a large TV, and access to the balcony to view the ocean. The fifth bedroom is the bunk room featuring four twins, a TV, and space for games and books. Kids will sleep better thanks to a custom door which is unique to The Palm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
