This is a quiet family neighborhood in Friendswood, TX that is a short walk from the community park & pool. Stevenson Park is only 2 min away. It's also centrally located to some of the best restaurants, shopping, & the hottest attractions in the area.
What makes this property unique
This home is unique due to the backyard. There's a grassy area with a kids play/climbing structure, separated by a safety fence, that opens up to a pristine & beautiful large pool & hot tub. There's a covered patio with outdoor seating, a grill, and outdoor sink. The string lights set the mood at night making the backyard one of the favorite places to spend the entire day.
