There is another rental unit upstairs.* You can walk to Playa Las Positas for sea glass and wading, while surfers will love nearby Playa Cibuco and Los Tubos. Enjoy local food trucks and restaurants also a 3-minute drive away. Relax by the 12x24-foot pool, dine in the gazebo, and fire up the grill for a perfect vacation.
This charming home occupies the ground floor of a duplex, with another 3-bedroom, 1-bath rental unit upstairs. The backyard amenities, including the pool, may be shared with guests staying upstairs. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the pool closure times, which are from 9:30 pm to 8 am on weekdays (school/work nights) and extended to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
