Ótima estadia

O apartamento do Marcelo é limpo e funcional, atendendo as necessidades para estadias de curto e longo prazo. O apartamento é próximo à praia de Copacabana e à vários restaurantes, além de ficar a 10 minutos de caminhada da Estação do metrô do Cantagalo. Também tem um Pão de Açúcar bem próximo, o que facilita compras de supermercado. Os aparelhos disponíveis como ar condicionados, chuveiro e utensílios de cozinha funcionaram perfeitamente durante nossa estadia. O apartamento tem vista para comunidade do Cantagalo, mas isso não nos incomodou durante o tempo que ficamos hospedados. A noite a região é silenciosa. permitindo um descanso adequado. O anfitrião é muito educado e rápido nas respostas. Recomendamos e voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade.

Com 2 quartos, cabe confortavelmente 5 pessoas, cozinha equipada, área de serviço, sala e 2 chuveiro

Amei o apartamento, a cozinha bem equipada, os quartos cabem confortavelmente até 6 pessoas com colchão ( mas ficamos em 4 pessoas ). Cozinha equipada, e até o básico tinha como detergente e papel higiênico... Amei os porteiros do prédio, muito simpáticos e sempre prestativos. Excelente localização, poucos metros da praia, no posto 5, bem na altura da ferinha de copa cabana, supermercado do lado, muitas farmácias, padarias e bancos e as principais franquias de 1 a 4 quadras no máximo como : Starbucks, Spoleto e Domino's, Subaway, Mc Donald's e Burguer King, mas todas as padarias e restaurantes com refeição são ótimos também. Marcelo super correto e preocupado, e a Deva uma AMOR, muito educada e muito simpática. Muito fácil se pegar Uber, mas se quiser tem ponto de ônibus em frente. Nota MIL, e se voltar novamente, ficarei lá de novo e indico para todo mundo. Feedback: Como não tempo tv nos quartos, seria bom mais um sofá ou poltronas na sala, com sofá somente para 2 lugares, tivemos que sentar nas cadeiras da mesa, mas nada que atrapalhou, mas é sugestão para mais conforto.

Excelente imóvel, bem localizado a uma quadra do mar, limpo, móveis novos, seguro!

Adoramos nossa estadia, ótimo apartamento, a uma quadra do mar, limpo, seguro. O proprietário Marcelo, muito profissional, cumpriu com todos seus comprometimentos. A Deva sua anfitriã , uma queridona adoramos ela, responsável e profissional! Recomendamos!!!! E o RJ continua lindo, policiamento constante em toda a cidade, praticamente uma viatura em cada quadra!

Simplesmente perfeito

O apartamento é um pedaço do paraíso. Tem tudo que você precisa, super bem localizado e Marcelo, o responsável, muito atencioso e sempre disponível para tudo o que solicitamos. Deva, a funcionária, também super prestativa e simpática. Voltarei mais vezes! Todos os eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos novos e funcionando, cama confortável e a recepção super segura.

très bon séjour à Copacabana

L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre, la literie est également de bonne qualité. Il très bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. La résidence est très sécurisée, la rue très animée. Il est cependant un peu bruyant, c'est la fête le week end à Rio ! Merci à Delva pour son accueil chaleureux et à Marcelo d'avoir répondu à toutes nos sollicitations. Je recommande cette location. Annie Paule et Jean-Luc

Superbe séjour à Copacapana

L'appartement est très bien situé, très proche de la mer, des commerces, des transports en commun, dans une résidence très sécurisée. Le confort y est parfait ainsi que tout l'équipement qui est neuf. Tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour à Rio A recommander sans hésitation

très bonne location , je recommande

un grand merci à Marcelo , pour son accueil chaleureux ( brésilien ) , nous avons réservé cette appartement pour une durée de 15 jours , et nous n'avons pas été déçu , appartement très calme , sécurisé 24h/24 par un gardien , très proches de la plage de Copacabana , a seulement 3 minutes (environ 5 minutes avec les chaises de plage qui s'ont mise à disposition dans l'appartement) , l'appartement est très complet ( 2 salles de bain et toilettes ) , 2 belles chambres équipé de climatisation . localisation idéale entre Copacabana et Ipanema . un magasin pour les nécessité du quotidien se trouve a seulement 20 mètres du bâtiment . je recommande vivement cette location . à très bientôt Marcelo muito obrigado Patrick

A clean appart and the owner Marcello is very kind

From the first moments we walked in it felt like home. The host was argonised and amazingly accommodating. Marcelo had ensured that we arrived safe and Dava was waiting for us with a smiley face, showing us the promises of the appartment and brought us new pillows which not common in short rent appart. The place has all you require and is a short walk to Copacabana beach. Marcelo is an angel any time we called him for help or advice he was there sending us quickly all what we need. It was such a good choice and we enjoyed our stay there. I recommend this appartment for people who enjoy being out at night because the place is very secure. Soukina February 2016

Ótimo AP - Recomendo - Proprietário de confiança

Excelente apartamento, exatamente como consta nas fotos...ar-condicionado na sala e nos dois quartos funcionando perfeitamente. O proprietário (Marcelo) cumpriu perfeitamente com o prometido e nos recebeu muito bem, juntamente com a Deva, pessoas de confiança. Nossa estádia no RJ foi excelente...com certeza recomendo o AP, tanto pela excelente condição do imóvel, quanto pela seriedade demonstrada pelo proprietário (Marcelo).

in front of Favela, music louder non stop NewYear and weekends

Good location, problems were solved, tv without cable, I paid more for New Year 2015/12/26 until Juanuary10th We couldn''t sleep those days,music didn't stop. Even good will we can't stand. And continues Friday,Saturday and Sunday day and night.I do not recommend this apartment.Marcelo very kind and helpful

Excelente!!!

Excelente imóvel tanto nas acomodações como localização, apartamento muito bem equipado, fiel as fotos do anúncio e limpeza impecável. Simpatia e atenção do proprietário Marcelo que nos transmitiu confiança e credibilidade desde os primeiros contatos. Fomos bem recepcionados pela Deva, pessoa maravilhosa ,atenciosa e pontual. O imóvel fica pertinho da praia, dá pra ir a pé até o Arpoador e Ipanema. Ao redor muitos restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados, enfim adoramos tudo, recomendo a todos !!

Excelente Inmueble

Es un excelente departamento cuenta con 2 cuartos muy cómodos, fuimos por una semana y 2 días 4 personas en total y la pasamos sensacional, el departamento queda muy cerca de todo (Playa, Metro, Restaurantes, Supermercado a pasos, taxi a la salida, a metros del lago) tiene una excelente ubicación volvería sin duda. Marcelo el Dueño se preocupa siempre por todo y cualquier duda la responde al momento por Whatsaap. Recomiendo 100% el Departamento soy Chileno y me sentí como en casa.

Bem localizado, espaçoso e limpo

Para quem busca um bom custo benefício é o ideal. O apartamento é simples, porém o encontramos bem limpinho e continha tudo que foi acordado. A localização é muito boa, chega-se ao Arpoador caminhando tranquilamente. Se quiser caminhar um pouco mais dá para ir a Ipanema andando também. Existe um morro que dá para a janela do ap, mas em nada atrapalhou nossa estadia. Passamos 4 dias no imóvel e foi muito tranquilo, o proprietário foi muito transparente quanto as condições do aluguel, pergunte tudo o que quiser saber e ele responderá com presteza.

Apartameto igual as fotos

O Apartamento corresponde às fotos postadas pelo proprietário. A funcionária que recebe os hóspedes é bastante atenciosa e pontual. A localização do imóvel é excelente, pois fica uma quadra do Posto 5 de Copacabana. O único aspecto que me surpreendeu foi o fato de o apartamento ser muito próximo à comunidade do Pavão/Pavãozinho/Cantagalo, de modo que ao abrir as janelas o morro fica a minha frente, pois sua entrada é na rua lateral. Não considero isso um problema, pelo contrário. Entretanto, é de praxe que aconteçam festas, bailes e música muito alta durante a madrugada toda, sendo que por duas noites tive que esperar a música acabar para dormir, por volta das 04h. Tirando o fato do barulho durante o dia todo e excessivo às noites, foi uma estadia ótima!
