The owners of this lovely well maintained ranch with a separate apt. live on premises. The apt. has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is small with a twin bed also there is a full bath off the master , fully equipped kitchen, dishes, pots, pans ect. washer/dryer and living room. It is centrally located on a quiet, safe dead end st. It has off street parking with a small fenced in yard. Window ac's in the two bedrooms. It is within walking distance to Cliff Walk, Tennis Hall of Fame, restaurants and shopping.
