This Unic Andalucian Style House is situated in very center of Estepona city , just 50 m from the nice beache and promenade. There are a lot of amenities in the old town area - cozy restaurantes, bars , small shops. There is also a supermarket very close by. The house has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet , a patio with dinning area, a modern fully equiped kitchen and a specious living room. On the rooftop we have a huge terrace with BBQ and lounge area.
