Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. Poor ac that leaks water. Not closed house so bugs get in during the night. Unsafe electridal system, fault plugs, loose breakers, etc. Noisy party house next door. Cash 'security deposit' requested on checkin, not through VRBO. Never got that back...Not at all what was promised.

PADRÃO INVEJÁVEL!!

Olá viajantes! Fizemos questão de dar esse depoimento, pois desde o primeiro contato até nossa saída, fomos muito bem atendidos e todos adoraram a casa. O proprietário, Sr. Jorge, sempre muito prestativo e atencioso. O casal de caseiros muito gentil e profissionail. A casa possui uma excelente localização (vizinha ao Beach Park), tudo muito limpo e funcionando perfeitamente, de um padrão invejável. Valeu cada centavo investido. Todos do nosso grupo só fizeram elogios, não teve um sequer dos 20 que estiveram na casa que teve algo a reclamar. Parabéns e esperamos, em breve, voltarmos!

Casa maravilhosa. Muito limpa e aconchegante. Todos os utensílios em dia e tudo funcionando. Muito conservada e com ótima localização. Jardim maravilhoso. Recomendamos.
