Grocery shopping is super convenient with Whole Foods and Publix less than .25 mile away. Take a relaxing walk to Camille's for coffee or cocktails to watch the sunrise or sunset. Take the golf cart and head over to get some great seafood overlooking the gulf at Captain Dave's or The Crab Trap or for a romantic dinner, the Beach Walk Cafe at The Henderson is absolutely stunning at sunset. The Destin Commons Shopping Mall is less than .2 miles away and offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 3-mile drive! Family Getaway

Property manager was awesome, place is in a perfect location and the kids loved the golf cart. It’s the perfect spot to be while on vacation. The stay was as described and it was clean and comfortable.

Destin getaway

3 moms and 5 teenagers! This property worked out great for our group. Destin is a beautiful location for a getaway from the moody northern Wisconsin weather. It did rain a bunch, but we explored and enjoyed our time in Destin. BEACH SUPPLIES: We brought all of our own beach supplies since we drove, but know that there are a wagon, chairs, and beach toys in the garage for rental use. We will be back!!

The house was very nice. Pool was in front of it but the water was cold. Close to everything. House appeared to be clean however, they need to also clean under the beds. A lot of dust and junk under beds.

Brand New 4 bedroom in great location!

Highly recommend Majestic Sands! We had a blast at this brand new, well decordated townhouse. The new construction floor plan was excellent! Bright and airy feel decorations made us feel right at home. You can easily walk to the store for groceries, the plaza for great shopping and short walk to the beach! The unit has pool access, a bonus for the days we did not want to walk to the beach or maybe for a night dip. The host was accommodating providing local information and discounts. We can wait to go back – planning to go back to this unit this year!

Bachelorette trip

We had a great time. Only drawback was that someone other than us kept controlling the air conditioner. That was not good. It was hot and whomever was controlling it kept cutting it up. Not a good thing!

Majestic

Our stay was wonderful! Easy to navigate and access beach. My only issue was the house was not very clean. King sheets did not fit bed, so I would have brought my own. Maybe listing the size of trash cans and other essentials that others would be aware of and bring to be prepared. Had issues with garage door, but rental company was on top of it and came to fix it. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make memories!!

Perfect getaway

We take a trip every year with the both sets of grandparents. They loved this property! The location was excellent. It was in the area with all of the shops and stores. Publix was right across the street as well as many great restaurants. The townhouse was beautifully decorated with lots of natural light. It was also very spacious, even with 6 adults and 1 child, we never felt cramped. Every evening , we all ate dinner in the dining area and ended up on the deck, laughing and talking. It is located 5 Mins from Crystal Beach. The beach was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed how the beach wasn’t overcrowded. We highly recommend this property and we plan to stay here again! Well done!

Vacation Stay

It was upsetting for the amount paid and the place needed some work. It had a lot of sand upon arrival. On the floors and bedding. Place needed new coat of paint along with cleaning of walls and banisters. We couldn’t get the garage to shut all the way down on multiple occasions. Communication was good with the property manager but not much was done in our favor for how the place was upon arrival. Area was very nice as well as the complex

New, nice Condo near beach lacking only a few touches

Almost everything was nice and new. Beautifully decorated. I would stay again. Almost all private balconies and restrooms. Excellent entertaining space and TVs in most rooms. Good wifi. One room lacked a TV and the checkout by 10am a bit early. Community Pool very nice and nearby the unit. Walk to beach access was not too far... would've liked an optional golf cart added to rental. We had to spend an extra $40 to buy things commonly at rental properties (spices, condiments, napkins, toilet paper, trash, detergent, bags). Indoor sound system needs to be finished so it can be used.

Great space to enjoy with the family.

Very spacious. We had a total of 8. 4 teenagers 2 under 10 and 2 adults. First floor when you walk in is two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a separate Landry room. We kept the teenagers down there. Upstairs a good size dining/living connected to a open kitchen. First bedroom with bunk bed where we put the younger kids. Then continue to the big master with walk in closet and bathroom. Very close to all the shopping. You could walk to a lot of it. It was but of trip if your on foot to the beach. We rented a golf cart to head to beach. My only con is the pool is little small. It would get a little crowded. And the sign says no more than 20 people. Overall great place to stay!

Online Description

There were really no issues with the home itself. It was spacious, loved the private balcony for the master bedroom, and loved the patio. I recommend having a small BBQ pit be added to the property. The only issue was we didn't have the golf cart that was advertised online. According to the online description we were supposed to have a golf cart. The garage even had a flyer with the directions on how to use, charge, and maintain the cart that we didn't have. Also, I tried to make contact prior to paying to ask about a military discounts but no one answered my calls or emails. Respectfully, Ms. Jones

Spacious & Convenient to beach!

This location was perfect for what we needed! It was a quick trip to the beach with four teenage girls. Everyone had room to spread out. It was a quick five minute bike ride to the beach for an easy 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Destin Vacation

We loved our stay at the Majestic Sands Resort. The townhome rental was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach, mall and many restaurants. It was definitely home away from home. I would this recommend this getaway to all my family and friends.

Lovely family house

We absolutely loved this house it’s been the best house we have ever stayed so far! Nice and updated! It’s big enough for about 11 ppl. It’s literally what you see in pictures. Best part of all it’s a beautiful community and it’s a 6 min walk to the beach and about 6 min from the outlet mall too. My only complaints are that it didn’t have a full body mirror lol all the girls in our trip couldn’t look at our outfits but not a big deal. Second the floor was supper dirty you could not walk without shoes or your feet would turn literally black I did see the same complaint in other reviews. We also did find a stain and on the master bed sheets but I texted the number and I got a response right away and got offer to get new ones I loved that but other than that it’s a beautiful house for an awesome amount of money.
