Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This beautiful three bedroom and two bath condo is located in the coveted Amelia by the Sea complex. You will have access to a massive pool, tennis courts, community grills and an 780 foot fishing pier exclusive to the Amelia by the Sea guests and owners. There is a walkway to the beach only steps from the pool. There are also 2 elevators in the building for access. The Surf Restaurant is right across the street, and Sliders is a 10 minute walk.
The condo has a king bed in the oceanfront master with direct ocean views and access to the private balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom. The first guest room has a queen bed, the second guest room has a full and a twin. There is a full bathroom in the hall in between. There is also a full size washer and dryer to make your chores easy.
The living and dining area are outfitted with comfortable furniture and space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, or heat up left overs from one of the many tasty restaurants on the island.
The views from your private balcony are amazing! Miles of ocean and white sand for as far as the eye can see.
During the winter monthly rentals are allowed. Come stay for a day, or for a while. You will be glad you did!
A maximum of one vehicle is permitted to park on the Amelia by the Sea premises. Vehicle must display a parking pass in the dashboard in order to avoid towing. Parking pass will be provided upon check-in. A second parking pass may be available based on occupancy but is not guaranteed.
*Please note beginning mid-November 2024 through Spring 2025 there will be concrete work taking place on all Amelia by the Sea balconies in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection Law.*
