.Our condo is an end unit ( third floor ) with vaulted ceilings facing Arrowhead golf course holes #3 and #4 on the Cypress (9) side in the Riverwalk section. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a swing king bed that can be split into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are three ceiling fans with adjustable speeds for your convenience. Both bathrooms have heat lamps and new high-power exhaust fans. The unit is located in the central part of Myrtle Beach on the inland waterway close to the intersection of (1.6 miles) Highway 501 and 17 bypasses.

For your enjoyment, the facility has two outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi/Spa features and one indoor swimming pool. The grounds are also equipped with a private outdoor gas grill, a charcoal grill, and picnic areas next to the swimming pools. Parking is included

No motorcycles /trailers /pets /smoking or parties are allowed by the owner or HOA. Must be a minimum of 24 years old to rent
Violating these rules will cancel/void the rental agreement.

Short get away

The property was perfect for our needs. Clean, roomy and close to the baseball fields for our early morning starts. Waking up to a morning cup of coffee on the porch listening to the ducks on the river. 👍👍

The description is nothing short of perfect. It was as spacious as we expected and the amenities were more than we expected! There wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t provided - from the kitchen to the bathroom. It’s as peaceful as you want to make it and as convenient and comfortable as you need it! Absolutely superb

The property grounds were Beautiful, the location was fabulous, and the condo was exactly what Mr Rich described in listing. The view was beautiful overlooking the river inlet and the disc golf course, my boys loved fishing right outside, and it was quiet, but not uncomfortable for my kids (11yo/11yo/13yo) to make normal kids noise. The pool was an easy walk across the parking lot and we could still hear our kids playing from our front balcony in the pool. The condo was decorated adorabley and was equipped with EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. The beds were decently comfortable and the space indoors was more than enough for our family of 5... we enjoyed the board games and the appreciated the tios left from past guests and owners. It was a fabulous stay, I am not sure I would change anything honestly. We definitely would love to stay here again if we b were to return to Myrtle Beach again. Thank you for offering such a perfect property for our family

Standard Accommodations

We stayed at the condo for a week and it worked for our needs. We would stay again if we were inthe area. Positives were the location, kitchen setup, available beach gear, and balcony on the golf course. Things we would change: bed and showerhead were too short for my 6'3" husband, would have preferred a queen over a swing king/two twins, this is a third floor accommodation with steps. Overall standard accommodations that worked for our stay.

Wonderful and beautiful

I believe I have found my home away from home in Myrtle Beach. Rich made this the best mother daughter trip for my child. The condo was clean, beautiful, and more than what I expected. He provided everything that you made need and more. The beds were super comfy and the view was beautiful. The place is beautifully decorated. I was able to call and text Rich with any special needs. I will return in the near future.

Couldn't ask for more

Great place. Rich was great at communicating with me when I needed to. Very accommodating! The place was stocked with everything you could ever need. My girls loved it. We had plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the large kitchen and eating space. The neighbourhood was also great. Friendly tips from the local residents helped. Enjoyed the pools on the property. Found it easy to get out for the day to play at the local attractions and then back to a quiet home. We stayed near the beach just before, which was nice but busy at night with littles. Highly recommend!!

Great Winter Getaway

Great location, fabulous view of the golf course. We really appreciated the extras supplied (i.e. beach towels) as it was one less thing we had to pack and bring along. Commnication with the owner was excellent.

Wonderful stay!

This condo is exceptional and clean. Everything is there and even more. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner responds to all our requests without delay. He also makes sure that everything meets our expectations. The whole family enjoyed the condo very much. Being golf players, we were very happy to be near a very beautiful golf course. In addition, the environment is really beautiful. It is really nice to walk around the area.

Why they chose this property

The condo has been used but not abused. It is clean and tastefully decorated. It is an end unit on the third floor, with vaulted ceilings and extra newly installed windows (2022) The decoration motif is between golf and beach. The bathrooms have Brass fixtures. Walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The condo also offers a stack (new 2018)washer and dryer, a new refrigerator, mattresses, furniture, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. (New stove, oven 2022 )
The view is second to none
