Luxury Oasis in Ruskin, Florida

This house is exactly as it was pictured, and is actually even better in person!! It was truly spectacular, with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation and more! The kitchen is full of Viking appliances, the movie room/bar is so much fun, the pool is beautiful and even has darts, ax throwing, weight room and a place to hit t-balls!! My family and I had the best 4th of July weekend we have ever had and watched the fireworks go off from 6 different places around Tampa while watching from the upstairs balcony. It is also just five minutes away from Little Harbor Marina where you can rent boats to go out into the Bay! Publix is also only a few minutes away. I have rented a lot of properties over the years but this place is the best ever. It will not disappoint!!! Thanks Doug!

I am from Virginia but have family history in Daytona and St Pete. I love the water and especially love fishing. I love the small town atmosphere and history of Ruskin and Apollo Beach. The neighbors are always friendly and willing to lend a hand. I love living across the street from one of Tampa Bays best professional fishing guides, Matt Santiago! Make sure to book a half day trip with him while you’re in town!
You may notice some Florida Gator memorabilia on the walls because I graduated from UF. I always wanted to return to Florida so after selling my business I jumped at the chance to purchase this incredible house. We love it and hope you will as well.

Why they chose this property

The End of Shell Point Road is like its own little island oasis! The views are spectacular and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. It’s very quiet! And the best part is that you can be catching fish in the best fishing grounds on all of Tampa Bay in about 5 minutes! There is also always a breeze so we rarely even turn the AC on.

What makes this property unique

We survived three hurricanes practically unscathed and are ready for your visit. This house is like a fort. Its poured concrete block from the ground to the roof and has hurricane windows and doors. Its very quiet inside even during a Cat 2 or 3 hurricane and with the 26 KW Generac Generator you will have power as long as the propane lasts.
