Not quite sea view

Place was nice, clean but I would not consider it a luxury place. Furnishings were old, it was a little sparse and sterile. Very few kitchen amenities. Sea view is a stretch. more like 30 min to city center. Parking was very good as was security.

Nice accomodations close to everything

We had a bit of a bumpy start to our stay which is a true test of a host. We've been hosting multiple properties on VRBO for 15 years and while I'm guessing the host is only available early am based on response times, we had a very nice stay.

I would recommend more cutlery, dishes/plates and pans. A few. dishwasher tablets and a couple of tea towels would be welcome. However the property was excellent

The property is very nice and in a great neighborhood. The apartment is very large and spacious and for the most part clean (we did find a dirty towel in the bedroom). However, that is the only good thing about this rental. Communication with the host is terrible. I never received instructions on how to check in. On the day of check in it took over 90 minutes to get a hold of the host and I had to go through VRBO support to do that. Host wasn’t returning my messages and when I called the phone number provided it told me it was invalid. After getting a hold of the host through VRBO he told me he ran out of money on his phone. Host sent me a GPS link to find the apartment. This link took me to a school 20 km from the apartment. No where near the vicinity. Once I finally got the EIR code, I was able to find the apartment but had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the apartment key. It is in a lock box connected to a bike rack down the street from the apartment. When I picked up the lock box the key fell straight out. It wasn’t even secured in the box. Make sure if you rent this place you look down on the ground for the lock box. Took us awhile to locate it. The pictures do not match the apartment. I believe those belong to the apartment complex because while the pictures look like the layout of the apartment, the furniture is completely different. There was one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. The oven didn’t work ( discovered this after we bought food to bake).
