The COVID virus has created a need to take additional cleaning and disinfection measures to help prevent its spread and help ensure the safety of travelers and partners. We are happy to announce that our cleaning company will be following CDC cleaning guidelines and using CDC recommended cleaning products. In addition to the normal change over cleaning we will be wiping down all interior and exterior door handles, light switches and remote controls. Your health and safety are of extreme importance to us!

Located in the center of 'America's Greatest Family Resort' and just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, our home has all of the latest amenities to make your family stay a vacation you will always remember.

- New high speed modem and wireless router.
- High capacity washer and dryer.
- High speed secured wireless internet.
- Cable (Digital with On Demand) with large 42'' flat screen HD TV in living room and LCD flat screen TVs in every bedroom.
- Enclosed Outside shower located on side of the house to wash the sand off after a fun day at the beach.
- Two off street parking spaces available. One in the garage, one on the driveway.
- 1 Blu-ray/DVD player and 2 DVD players.
- Keurig coffee maker.
- Tea kettle and standard coffee maker are also supplied.
- Freshly painted with safe 'low-voc' paint.
- 5 beach chairs, boogie boards, and more.
- The unit sleeps 10 comfortably (6 adults) with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
- Professionally cleaned, following CDC guidelines, between tenants at no additional fee.
- Carpets throughout the entire condo professionally steam cleaned and shampooed before the start of each season.
Just park your car in one of the two off-street parking spots and put away the keys. You can walk to the boardwalk (play land, wonderland), beach (with lifeguards and bathroom), shopping (downtown OC), and restaurants (Manco and Manco, Boyers Market, Ice Cream, etc...)

Ocean City, known as a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean, is 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected and there are dedicated surfing beaches. The 2.5 mile boardwalk is loaded with fun things to do, including, but not limited to; two amusement piers, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, a water park and the music pier, an entertainment venue for concerts and other events. In addition there is a bay front area for water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals.

Thanksgiving Get Away

This is a spacious property in a lovely neighborhood in OC. It is a family friendly place with TVs in each bedroom. We served Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people and it was awesome. The supermarket is around the corner and so is Wawa so it’s very convenient.

Great location!

The rental was plenty spacious for our family of five and each kid that bought a friend. My kids are teenagers and it was a great location for them to wander to the boardwalk and the beach and back on their own. Also, lots of great shopping and food close by. Do note that the mattresses are over stuffed, which made them very comfortable, but you need larger fitted sheets.

Nice Family Stay

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this place. The kitchen pretty much has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. We loved hanging out and eating on the covered balcony. Location was perfect - close enough to walk to all the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house!

We stayed with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids in total. We had a great week in OCNJ. The house is a quick walk to the beach and the wagon was very helpful to lug all of our chairs, toys, etc. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to pick our beach tags up early on Saturday to spend an extra day at the beach when we first got there. Great stay! Would definitely come back and rent again!

Perfect location, right on Asbury near Bennies. Integral garage spot with extra parking space included. The unit was clean and spacious. Outside covered deck was great. Perfect stay.

House is exactly as advertised, clean and fully furnished. Twin beds should be replaced, but they are functional. Owners are great to work with, very accommodating.

Amazing Place!

My family and I rented this property for a long Easter Weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved everything. The owners were great with communication and the place was very clean. We would book it again as it is close to shops on Asbury, Beach and Boardwalk activities.

Great location!

Chris was really great to work with. He was really helpful with adjusting our times to help us with our travel times since we were traveling from a distance. Location is fantastic! Couple of our women walked downstairs and had services at the spa which was super convenient. Definitely staying there again!

Great Trip!

The home was very neat and organized! Very close to the beach. I loved that I parked my car in the garage and just didn’t move it until the end of our trip. We walked everywhere bc it was so close to everything. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Perfect in every way!

We had an amazing stay! The rental property’s location is ideal for a family with young children, short walk to beach and boardwalk, so much to do on Asbury as well! The unit had everything we could need and was very spacious! We loved not having any steps once inside for our 1 year old! The deck was perfect for family breakfast as well as people watching! Communication with the owners was wonderful as well! We went into our week feeling reassured that all our questions were answered! We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Everything We Needed!

This property is in a great location and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Fractured Prune donuts, our favorite ice cream place Johnny B. Goode's, either the 12th or 13th Street boardwalk entrances and much more. We really appreciated the use of the beach wagon, beach chairs and sand toys stored in the garage. The shaded balcony is an added bonus for relaxation and for applying sunscreen. We just wish we had brought our own Fire Stick to access our Disney Plus account on the TV. There is a BluRay player provided with access to Netflix. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in OCNJ!

Why they chose this property

We all grew up vacationing in Ocean City. Now with kids of our own, the tradition continues. We've vacationed in other summer destination spots, but we always come back to Ocean City. There is simply so much to do. The kids and the adults alike, just love it. As far as why we chose this particular property, it's all about location, location, location! This property is within walking distance to everything we could possibly need. After vacationing in O.C. for years, and having stayed in various locations, this property, in this location, was exactly what we were looking for!
