Cold as ice

Room was totally cold, all white, not one piece of art, no color, it felt like we were in a morgue. Nearly impossible to get ahold of the hosts. Not one of the three contact numbers that VRBO gave to us worked. Only one allowed us to leave a message. We left several and no one responded. Very disappointed! Good luck trying to deal with these people if you have a problem with your booking which we did.
