Budapest New Year 25

Flat excellent located, quite area, few minutes to metro and the old Palace, castle. Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops in walking distance. Parking in front of buildingFlat needs better cleaning and cosmetic overhaul. Heating system insufficient at sub zero temperatures.Contact to host difficult but it worked out.

ATTENTION!!

Unfortunately I can't give zero points! We booked the apartment for 8 nights 9 months in advance. However, the apartment was canceled 1 hour!! before check-in. We were already on our way from Germany. The host told us that the boiler was broken and therefore the apartment was unavailable. However, we found out from friends who had booked their apartment one floor below that the apartment was simply rented to other guests only 1 day later. Apparently nothing was broken in the apartment. For us this would have been the second time with this host, but this was definitely the last time!!! Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

schöner Ausblick mit 2 Balkonen, ruhige Lage, nahe Stadtzentrum. Gastgeber war sehr schlecht erreichbar und auch erst auf drängen von Support Fewo, Küche war sehr spärlich eingerichtet, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ging nicht und es war sehr heiß, Wlan hat sehr oft nicht funktioniert, Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, Wohnung war nicht gut gereinigt, unter dem Sofa fanden wir noch eine männliche Unterhose, Steckdosen waren lose, viele Dinge (Spiegelschrank, Wandleisten, Teile von Möbel) waren in desolatem Zustand.(vor allem Klimaanlage in dieser Hitze sollte funktionieren)..... Das Bett auf dem Sofa war nicht gerichtet, zum Glück fanden wir die Bezüge innerhalb des Sofas und haben es dann selbst bezogen. Man konnte drin wohnen und wir haben die Ruhe und den Blick auf die Stadt genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist also gerne zum weitervermieten an Feriengäste, aber unterm Strich sollte der Gastgeber unbedingt einiges verbessern, damit sich das Geld für den Aufenhalt auch lohnt und man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Außerdem sollte die Küche nachgerüstet werden, damit man auch besser kochen kann (mehr Geschirr und Kochutensilien). Und der Gastgeber sollte erreichbar sein, wenn man ihn anschreibt oder anruft.

Super Lage

Kleine Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick über die Stadt und Superlage. Metro und Supermarkt 5 Minuten weg. Etwas dürftige Küchenausstattung. Superkommunikation.
