Serenity at its best. Peaceful land on old country road to get away from the city life, but still only few miles away if you need anything. You will have all 18 acres to yourself if you would like to go exploring. It is so quiet here that all you can hear are your thoughts. Setup anywhere on the perimeter. Will have to bring your own tent.
