The neighborhood is a quiet & peaceful family neighborhood. Everyone waves & is very nice. The house is also centrally located to shopping, restaurants, & attractions.
What makes this property unique
Definitely being on a corner lot. The front lawn is huge and the backyard is big. This is great for when you just need some extra outdoor space on a pretty day.
