Welcome to Café Condo—your gateway to the best of PNW coffee culture! Discover the rich flavors of coffee from Leavenworth’s own J5 Coffee, whose beans are exclusively stocked for our Breville Impress Touch coffee machine. From espressos and lattes to Ghirardelli hot chocolate, there's something for everyone, including a wide selection of teas and flavored coffee syrups for your custom coffee creations.

Inside, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives, durable pots and pans, and some added treats: a fun, complimentary popcorn machine with popcorn ready to pop and a smart, easy-to-use waffle maker for delightful breakfasts. Both bathrooms feature powerful blow dryers and makeup mirrors, plus there's high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, games, and a luxurious jetted tub in the master bath. Step onto the deck for fun views of the adventure park just across the way.

Family Friendly

We decided to take our teens somewhere for spring break and they decided on Leavenworth. Your VRBO was perfect for entertaining 2 teenage girls. The accommodations made our trip so easy and the location was perfect.

Wonderful condo, great location and thoughtful touches!

A short but wonderful long weekend getaway got my husband and our 12 year old. The condo was spacious and had plenty of thoughtful touches like a popcorn maker, coffee station, games and charger. We especially enjoyed the view of the alpine coaster from the balcony :)Thanks so much for a great getaway!

Mini vacation to play in the snow

We had a wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. We brought our dog and there was plenty of room for her crate. The pool and hot tub, game room and playground were huge hits for our 5 and 6 year old. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the gas fireplace made it very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and the espresso machine was a fun bonus. We enjoyed our stay immensely. My child especially enjoyed the heated pool and the sledding hill within easy walking distance. I loved walking into town along the river with the snow illuminated by moonlight! The icing on the cake was that our dog could join us for it all. It all felt very special. Thank you!

Birthday weekend

The good cooking pans (Hexclad) and sharp knives were an amazing surprise. We usually have a hard time cooking in rentals due to poor quality or lack of items so this definitely put this rental at the top of our places to stay again. We will be back to enjoy in the summertime!

Weekend Get Away

My husband and I, along with our 7 year old lab had a fantastic weekend get away! The condo was perfect for our needs, tidy, clean, easy to access and I love the coffee bar and fire place. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the front street area with made not having to worry about parking a delight. All communications with Theo were were super quick and easy. Absolutely zero complaints!!

A perfect stay! We loved everything the condo had to offer, especially the coffee bar. Beds were very comfortable too. The walk to the downtown area is not far at all and we enjoyed the walk. Definitely want to stay again in the summer!

We expected the pool and spa next to the unit to be open. We were okay walking across the street. Left some coffee filters. The waffle maker and turbo tub were a plus :) We never did find the front office during our travels. Thank you, we had fun.

Great getaway

My family and I took a quick trip to Leavenworth and this property was perfect. Located across the street from the Alpine coaster and walking minutes from town, I would highly recommend. We enjoyed the pool and amenities this site had to offer and owner was gracious to allow our dog to join us for a reasonable fee. We would highly recommend this location and visit again!

Perfect Leavenworth Stay

We had such an amazing time here! It was the perfect stay for our little family. Lots of fun things to do for kids on the property and nearby. Condo was clean, well equipped, and bed were so comfy! We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our one night stay but the 100+ temp were a bit too much. Condo was nice but we only used it primarily for sleeping. Didn’t use pool or hot tub.

Loved the Space

The property was very well-maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t in the best condition. We also had someone follow us around on the property, which was disconcerting.

Clean and Neat

Very nice decor and lovely bedding. Very comfortable sleeping 😴 Easy walking to main area of Leavenworth. Nice kitchen and all very nice 👍 Small touches made it extra special! We were not able to work the TV, but we are not big TV watchers. A radio would be nice, but we used our cell phones for music ☺️ All and all we are very pleased with our stay. THANK YOU

Very comfortable and great for filling downtime

Very clean, very comfortable beds, and well appointed with plenty of towels, pillows, extra blankets, pool towels, etc. it's a short walk to downtown Leavenworth. If you have a little down time to fill the pool and basketball court are great. There's also a super charming mini golf course there for an extra fee. The only minor issue is that the fireplace would t light up for us. It either needs to be fixed or instructions need to be included for how to turn it on. We will stay here again when we return to Leavenworth.

Perfect in every way

We absolutely loved staying here !! Great location, perfectly clean, very well appointed (even the knives were sharp, which we have found to be unusual), very accurately represented. When we wanted to stay an extra night, the host was very responsive and even offered a nice discount. We especially liked the convenient, but quiet location, the amenities of the attached resort, and watching the little 'roller coaster' from the balcony. Leavenworth is a gorgeous destination with lots to offer all ages and interests. We enjoyed both putting courses, the Icicle Ridge Winery in Peshastin, long walks along the river and lots of dining choices. We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful distraction

My kids and I lost my husband/father in August. We've been thru a lot the last 9 months and needed a getaway. We've been to Leavenworth 2x with my husband and fell in love with the town. The kids and I have great memories from our previous trips. The Cafe Condo was the perfect home away from home. It was fabulous and had everything we needed to help us relax and destress. We will definitely be back!!
