Notre maison est idéalement située entre Lorient et Vannes.
Elle est se trouve à 1 km de la plage. A proximité: Etel, Carnac, Quiberon.
Le rez-de-chausssée consiste en une grande pièce de vie et une cuisine équipée (45 m²), une chambre parentale (lit de 140 cm) avec salle d'eau, ainsi que des toilettes indépendantes.
A l'étage se trouve une grande mezzanine, une chambre avec deux lits simples (possibilité d'ajouter troisième lit simple dans la chambre ou la mezzanine), et une salle d'eau avec toilettes.
A l'extérieur, vous trouverez dans le jardin entièrement clos (500 m²) deux terrasses, une au nord et une au sud, où vous pourrez profiter d'un barbecue ou vous prélasser au soleil.
De nombreux chemins pour randonner à pied ou à vélo se trouvent près de la maison.
