The Space:
Welcome to the Lakeside Lodge, we are happy to be hosting you!
Upon entry through our electronic smart lock, you are immediately greeted by a full-sized kitchen equipped with all of the essentials, enjoy a home-cooked meal at our four seater dining table. The space has plenty of storage for groceries and personal belongings.
The spacious living room is a great space to relax after a day of adventure with seating for four. Enjoy the gas fireplace, TV area, and step out on the balcony equipped to seat two.
This one bedroom, plus flex room, two bathroom condo will make you feel right at home. Connected to the kitchen, the main bedroom provides a private en' suite featuring a renovated stand-up shower, along with a work station with free wifi for those working remote. Additionally, there is a ceiling fan in this bedroom for those warmer summer nights to circulate that cold mountain air.
The secondary sleeping area offers a sliding glass door and tons of natural light, as well as a closet and dresser to store your belongings for the duration of your stay.
*Please keep in mind that this unit is not facing the water, the building itself is lakeside.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo while you are here, so make yourself at home! The Lakeside Lodge is located on the main level of the building, so no need for stairs or elevators, although they are provided at this community.
Two unassigned parking spaces are permitted for your stay, and are required to be registered upon arrival.
Enjoy the access to the hot tub and sauna during your stay, available hours can change and are posted on the ground floor where these shared amenities are located. The owner has no control over these amenities as they operated by the HOA.
Cameras are located in the common areas and are monitored by the HOA. There is a Ring doorbell installed on the front door of the home.

Please be aware that there is a Ring doorbell installed on the front door.
The heated pool is seasonal.
The HOA manages all the community amenities and the owner has no control over their closure or availability.
No smoking or vaping at or around this community, including in the unit, in the building, on the patios, walkways, lawns, pool areas, or parking lot. There is no where on property at all that smoking/vaping is tolerated. There will be a $250 fine *per instance* for smoking or vaping anywhere on property and this WILL be enforced.
