Welcome to the Kelseyville Kottage! Perfect downtown Kelseyville location, short walking distance to Main Street to all of the local restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, & frequent town events. This charming home was recently all upgraded & renovated with new bathrooms, furnishings, on demand hot water heater, & a hot tub with one the best views around. Primary bedroom features a king size bed, huge closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two full size air mattresses for extra sleeping space. Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. High speed Wifi, central heat/AC, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, attached 2 car extra deep garage with bonus parking along side of garage. Great option for fisherman/local bass tourneys with lots of parking, and is located at the end of a quiet residential culd-e-sac! Only about a 4 mile drive to closest boat launch. Fantastic covered back deck, huge stone patio with propane fire pit, BBQ grill, detached bar room with darts & beverage fridge, 3-4 person hot tub looking out over the Kelsey Creek, downtown & Mt. Konocti. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Award winning wineries/tasting rooms within walking distance and/or only about a 10 minute drive. Complementary local bottle of wine and custom wine glasses provided along with a few snacks. Overall, a super comfortable space in a perfect, convenient location!

My husband and I are both born and raised here in Lake County, CA and now live in Kelseyville at our ranch. We are raising our three kids, and spend most of our time at their local sport events and/or rodeo events. I am the broker/owner at a local real estate company here in town (Pivniska Real Estate Group) and this is our first vacation rental adventure. Hope you enjoy!!
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this home and the views the second I showed this home to some of my clients. The home didn't end up working for them, so I immediately knew I wanted to make an offer. This location, with the trees, the Mt. Konocti view, the relaxing backyard, super cute home and within walking distance to Main Street....is the perfect place for a vacation getaway!
What makes this property unique
This property has tons of parking with room for multiple cars and/or boats (perfect for the local bass tourneys!) and is only about 4 mins drive to the nearest boat launch. It's also super private, but only a short walk down to Main Street to eat, drink, or attend any of the awesome Kelseyville downtown events held through out the year!
