Very nice condo on top floor, bright & airy open floor plan, that has a fantastic lanai overlooking the ICW and Marina. The kitchen is open to the great room and boasts solid surface counter with a large windows, double sinks, pantry. The master suite is a nice size with a large window looking out at the ICW. The Community features a Clubhouse & Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Spa & Barbecue Area, Private Marina, Walking and Biking trails. Boat slip available for rent. #36040
