Very large home that accomodated six adults very comfortably. Great kitchen & eating space, lovely neighborhood that was great to walk around in. Would stay again.
Excellet communication from host and great neighborhood and had a usable garage which is what I needed. Also linens and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Owner was very friendly and responsive. The property was gorgeous. It had all the amenities and room for us to spread out. Would definitely stay again if in the area
We were in town for our daughter's wedding. This house had plenty of space to have a family meal before everything got hetic. It was close to the venue. It also had a garage which we utilized to keep the decor dry. We sorted flowers and decor inside the spacious rooms. I would rent this property again!
Our family of five adults was looking for a place to spend the night after a long day of traveling. This was the perfect place to stay! We all had a great nights sleep in comfortable beds with lots of space to spread out after 10 hours on the road. Appreciated the extra toothbrushes as my son had left his at the last place! The ice cream was a special treat! Thank you!
Perfect getaway with old friends. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space! House on the end of the road- private and very quiet. Super nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Hosts had ice cream waiting for us. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again when in BG
This property was just what we wanted/needed! Clean, easy, close to Buchannon Park, and SAFE! We enjoyed everything about this home! The owners were GREAT to communicate with! :)
We had a wonderful week exploring Bowling Green. House was located in nice subdivision not too far from town. Easy to reach our destinations each day. House was nice but needs dressers in bedrooms and a tv would have been a nice touch for family to watch in each bedroom. Did not appreciate the fish tank being in the kitchen. Overall stay was very nice and enjoyable, Loved the area.
This property provided all I needed and more! The host were very accommodating, which helped me make this a wonderful place for parents to stay, while in town for holidays! Highly recommend! Will use at every opportunity.
An empty house at the end of a dead end street, and next to a cornfield. Sounds like a great scary movie beginning! But, it was the perfect place for our stay. We wanted peace and quiet after spending time with lots and lots of people on the HotRod Power Tour. We had 2 classic cars and we were able to put them inside the 2 car garage. The home was spotless clean. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. There was plenty of "coffee fixins." Everything was "as advertised" if not better. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Bowling Green.
The house is new and in a great neighborhood. Had to ask for sheets for the couch and one of the beds did not have a bottom sheet. There was food there from a previous guest in the fridge. The foton in the living room was broken, so the other place to sleep was a couch which was not very good as a bed. There is no Keriug, but there is a coffee pot. If you have more than 5 staying, there is not enough furniture in the living room for all to sit down unless it is a kitchen chair. Soap bars were used and dried out. The master shower needed to be scrubbed better. There was no check out information. The owner was responsive and delivered the sheets and more blankets. Maybe they are new renters, but they need to learn more about hosting.

Not a 4 bedroom !
Pros:
—Excellent communication from owner
—Good Neighborhood
—Comfy Beds & pilllows
— Garage Use
—Roomy
— Owner let us come a day later because of weather
Cons:
— Not a 4 bedroom , this is a 3 bedroom with a tiny couch sofa in living room.
— Not very clean , wasn’t mopped ,upon arrival crumbs and spilled spots in floor.
—No dishwashing detergent
—Sponges in sink stunk (had been used several weeks)
—No oven mitts or pot holders
— WiFi password was very hard to read.
—Broken blinds in almost every room.
—Nightstand was missing in the master suite - I had to use a ironing board for my night stand
—No Keriug
We enjoyed our stay but it did need some updates and more detailed cleaning.
I booked this house so my husband and I, our two grown children, son-in-law and one-year-old grandson could be together, but still have our own spaces. The new house is in a fairly new , nice subdivision at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The 3 bedrooms are well proportioned, especially the master, with it's king bed and extra large bathroom and walk-in closet. The beds we used were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. There was open space in the living area for my grandson to crawl around and be contained in his play yard, which my daughter brought. The place was very clean when we arrived. And we appreciated our host, Romey, checking in on us, via text, each day.
We only used the kitchen & separate dining area for breakfasts (there were coffee supplies and some bottled water provided) and ate out or with family. There appeared to be plenty of pots and pans, including stored in the oven. Those having an extended stay might want to bring steak knives, extra pot holders, etc. I'm sure the washer and dryer is handy. There is one large mounted flat screen TV in the living area - none in bedrooms. That wasn't a problem, as everyone had their own devices. The neighborhood is very walkable. There are tons of restaurants to choose from in Bowling Green, including many on 31W/Nashville Rd. The price was good, especially since we would've needed a few hotel rooms for two nights. We'd absolutely stay again! Thank you!!
