I had to stay at this property for a week while I waited for my condo to be ready for me to move into. First, the property looks nothing like the photos posted. The place is a lot dirtier than depicted. Flies everywhere, 5 huge dogs in the backyard, holes in the wall, etc. The most baffling part is the restroom. You weren’t allowed to flush ANYTHING down the toilet. You had to put toilet paper and wipes in a trash bag and take it out every time. Lots of dust and stale air everywhere. It was also fly central with flies in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc. On my first night, I got locked out because the host forgot to tell me the password code to get in. I waited outside in the cold for about 45 minutes. To make it worst, on the last night they had a party and the music was so loud. I complained that it was vibrating my bedroom walls, etc. It finally stopped. However, they then began belting drunken karaoke until about 5:30am in the morning. It was a horrible experience. I would’ve checked out sooner, but I was moving and I had a dog, etc. (My dog did damage a set of blinds which I paid and replaced.) I do not recommend this place. If you’re looking for long term and affordable, I would choose a cheap motel near by. The best part about my stay was that the neighborhood was cute, clean and safe. The home however was not. The pictures are lie. It’s dirty, old, and they were the most inconsiderate and loudest people I’ve ever met.
