The second master suite has its own private balcony patio area that provides beautiful ocean views. The spacious living and dining room areas provide plenty of comfortable space.
The home offers a two car tandem garage space. Washer/Dryer!

This property is located in the heart of Mission Beach within close proximity to several shops, bars, restaurants and water activities. Approximately a 2 minute drive to Belmont Park, a 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gas lamp District and the airport!

Perfect location

The location can't be beat. We were right off the board walk which is within walking to the beach, the ocean, restaurants and the amusement park. The management company was very helpful when we had some issues with the property. Most things that weren't working got fixed immediately. They also let us use as many beach chairs and towels as we wanted. For the most part the property was clean, although the window screens were full of dust. But everything else seemed clean. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes and cooking necessities. There were blow dryers in every bathroom. I would give this a five if they had gotten the heater working. The hot water heater went out and had to be replaced but they did that same day so it wasn't an issue. The heater quit working on day 2 and never got fixed. So we had to rely on the fireplace which doesn't heat the whole house too well. With all that said I would recommend this property. We had a great time and there was room for everyone.
