Renovations include new bamboo flooring, ceiling fans throughout, updated furnishings and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a crock pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffeepot and blender. 65” Smart TV in the living room and a Smart TV in each bedroom. Hulu + Live TV streaming is provided, as well as WIFI. Open and covered oceanfront deck with rocking chairs and polywood lounge chairs. Unique two-level, elevated dune deck that provides panoramic views of the ocean. Cold outside shower, washer/dryer in ground level utility room, gas grill and picnic table. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival. Pet Friendly with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Limit of 2 housebroken dogs of approved breed, 35 lb. max. No Smoking! Rents Saturday to Saturday.
