Stay was fine; $248 additional fee

The house was as advertised on the inside: clean and everything worked. This is a good space if you were in Tampa to do things in the day, and are looking for a clean, reliable place to sleep. Unfortunately, after I left I was charged $248 dollars for a "stain" on a fitted sheet that I contend I didn't cause or simply never noticed--since the "stain' (which looks like a wet spot on the picture I requested) was at the bottom of a dark blue fitted sheet, which was under the regular sheet, which was under a comforter. So a reasonably priced rental ended up being significantly more expensive than expected.

Darling space.

Clean and comfortable, efficient space. The host is super responsive and genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. Perfect location if you’re receiving treatment at Moffitt Magnolia Campus. Highly recommend.

Quick stay

We loved the home. The location is off of Main Street in a ‘lower class’ neighborhood, however it was a cute clean home and we had a great experience. No complaints at all! Great good nearby Thank you!

Chaos

The day we showed up, the vrbo was Not cleaned. I Asked for a Full Refund, Of course the answer was NO. Waited 3 more hours for the cleaning. Still dirt, trash & a few items swept underneath beds. Floor has Not been moped. Same night, my girls heard 8 gunshots. Next night, helicopter flying overhead looking for someone. The 3rd night We lost WiFi connection, and they couldn't help us get it fixed because it was Friday night, after hours. So the rest of stay we had NO Tv or Wifi. The dishwasher does not work, dryer is very loud. The neighborhood is Not great, Like he assured me. Will Never Stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed for 2 nights, we appreciated the shampoo: body wash and liked the washer and dryer came in handy. We cooked a lot and the pots and pans were very convenient. The location is not the best but we stayed inside for the most part.
