Guest will have exclusive access to the entire home. The home is equipped with a keyless entry.

Fireplace is inoperable.

There is a doorbell camera near the front door and a camera near the garage. All cameras are exterior.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and our good neighbor commitment, as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon after booking as is reasonable. This will enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a non-refundable security deposit ($10) or a non-refundable damage waiver ($35 for each 30 day segment).
