Luxurious one bedroom condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach. All the comforts and conveniences of home can be found in this beautiful newly renovated condo to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is on the 6th floor facing the intercoastal waterway and pier, and includes 2 queen size beds, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware, flatscreen TVs in living room and bedroom, free WIFI, and free US & Canada calling.

The 8 floor building includes a heated outdoor pool with a sundeck directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, charcoal BBQ grills and Tiki bar, as well as a private dock and fishing pier on the inter-coastal waterway.

Located conveniently close to shopping, fine dining, sightseeing, tennis, golf, dinner/casino cruises and many other attractions. Walt Disney and Universal Studios are just 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Tampa International Airport are only a 35 minute drive. Suncoast bird santuary walking distance. City Bus Stop in front of building, 8 minutes drive to John Pass Village, 20 minutes drive to Clearwater. Close to deep sea fishing charters, sea-doo rentals, wind surfing, boat rentals.

Holiday Villas III condo association has approved repairs and updates to the building. Certain stacks of the condos will be having their balcony repaired. (Our stack is already finished and fully operational)

The pool is out of service and is being repaired due to hurricane damage and will be ready in spring of 2025.

However the rest of the condo building, and access to the beautiful beach is fully operational.

Very Disappointing

There was a hurricane a few months ago and the pool has been out of order ever since. The owner never mentioned this. The condo itself looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a couple of years. There is black mold in the shower. All of the light switches have very visible black dirt around the edges. You can’t make coffee and run the microwave at the same time (it blows a breaker). I have my own vacation units that I rent and have great scores as both a renter and a host.

Beautiful place right on the beach at Indian Shores.

We Really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, well organized and clean! The few small things were check in was confusing, but Alex helped us out. The only other things would be due to the hurricane. Construction mess and noise. Understandable..

Beautiful Gulf Coast

We had a lovely time in Indian Shores at this apartment, it was everything we hoped for, it was very helpful that there was beach chairs and umbrella which we would have had to buy ! We enjoyed the balcony in the evening to escape from the sun, it was perfect with a cool refreshment ! Unfortunately our 4th week was spoiled by Hurricane Helene we didn’t evacuate because we felt safe enough on the 6th floor but with no power or internet we felt very isolated, we were stuck in the apartment until we left with a lot of difficulty to get to the airport ! That would not stop us coming back, we had a wonderful holiday, and hope to return next year. M Menzies ( Scotland )

The location was great, the access to the beach was good as well as the pool area. The condo itself was ok. It needed a deep cleaning. The cleaning crew, does not do a good job when it comes to taking care of the condo, towels were old and crispy and I couldn’t tell if the washcloths were dish cloths or not.

Construction woes

We happen to hit a week where there was road construction, and construction on the building. The beach is lovely, the pool also nice. You have to be aware of the noise off the balcony as you’re overlooking Gulf Boulevard. The manager was very accommodating and sweet. a few things need to be refreshed, including the towels and there also was only one worn out beach towel. We had some issues with the Internet and the cable TV. Evidently there are problems with spectrum. You need to be aware that you should bring soap and extra toilet paper.

Great Location

Nice clean complex, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, etc but not right in the middle of the chaos. Perfect for those who like to have fun close by but still be in a more quiet chill surrounding.

Spring break ‘24

Owner was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had all the necessities. Only feedback would be to possibly have a towel service with cleaning. There were only 5 towels and they were old and worn, and 3 thin beach towels. Otherwise, clean and family friendly.

Stay on Indian Shores

The owner was very helpful and the condo comfortable. The only observation we can give is that we were disappointed to find the traffic noise from Gulf Blvd made sitting on the balcony unpleasant. We enjoyed the beach access and our excursion into St. Pete’s.

Beach getaway

We wanted to be right on the beach and this condo was perfect! Directions for parking and accessing the condo were thorough and easy. We appreciated the beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!

Relaxing Beach Vaca

The property is well maintained. The staff is out of this world. The pool amazing. No issues with property or host. The staff I cannot say enough kindness about them. I needed to have a package sent they accommodated that they were very polite and excited to help me out. We had a issue with a car being parked in our parking spot there's a number they responded very promptly before I could even get out of my car and resolve the issue for me within less than 1 minute. Alex was a great host responded promptly to any questions We found the property to be so relaxing we love the decor it had everything that we needed Alex you're a great host Thank you so much We will be back.

Perfect oceanfront getaway

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo and would definitely book again. The location is great with plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. The unit was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The only drawback is the parking spot is located across the street, not a huge deal for us but worth mentioning.

Location is AMAZING

We had the best week at this condo. The view of the canal was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We even got to swim with a dolphin in the beach right behind the condo. Amazing experience! Would definitely recommend!

Holiday Villas III is a nice place for a family getaway.We had a beautiful view of the intercoastal and the room was just the right size for our small family. The people were very nice and friendly. The location is convenient and accessible.

Great place to vacation

The unit was great. The organization of the kitchen was amazing. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet there. Only complaint that i could think of was only one elevator and it was extremely slow. Had nothing to go with the unit. We enjoyed the pool and who could complain about the beach?

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful condo! So nicely decorated, comfortable beds, a kitchen that had everything you need and a wonderful view of the Gulf. Pool and ocean right as you come off the elevator. We had an amazing time! Will absolutely look to book this condo again!
