We love the Villages and get to use this home ourselves when it’s not being rented out.

What makes this property unique

This single home is called a Courtyard Villa which means the rear and one side yard are completely enclosed for privacy. The DeLuna Pool, pickleball and tennis courts are within walking distance. There are beautiful walking trails everywhere, including nearby Hogeye Path.
