About this property
Private unit with city and mountain views. Walk to the River or Foothills!
This space would be ideal for guests who are staying a night or two for a wedding or graduation, or maybe here for a concert. Dog friendly space with panoramic views of the city and hills. They are adding a bike lane and sidewalk to our road (yay!), but that does mean there is construction, which can sometimes cause noise, unusual traffic, and the cones are ugly.
The guest space is part of the house, but is entirely private. Guests will enjoy the entire downstairs space with private entrance, private bedroom & bathroom and family room with big screen tv. There is no kitchen for cooking, but don't worry, there is definitely coffee.
We do have a new puppy who is in training, so there may be occasional barking and the pitter-patter of toenails upstairs.

About the host
Hosted by Tara Janca
One of us is from Idaho, and one of us is from across the Nevada border. We started hosting because we wanted to make the house work a little, because we really like sharing our things, and because hosting seemed like a fun adventure. It's also hard to find a place that will allow your best doggy friend to stay, so we wanted to make it easy for people to bring the whole family.
Why they chose this property
We didn't want to like this house because it needed a lot of updates, but we saw the view and we were hooked.
What makes this property unique
The best part about where we live is that we can be down by the river or up on the trails with just a short walk from the front door. We get the best sunrises and the best lightning storms.
